The original Epson cartridges are the only ones that will work with our Epson printer, after market will not work. The only negative thing is the price, but that is everywhere not just Best Buy. If you have a Epson printer, I would recommend this product. I probably would not recommend the printer. You cannot print when just one ink cartridge is empty. You have to replace the empty one before you can print.

coming from other brands, this has been a good value in terms of prints per dollar. the colors last a long time and the cartridges are very easy to replace.

This toner is a bit on the pricey side - and it is difficult to buy just the one color I need. Instead I have to buy the multi-pack every time and wind up with a backstock of black while still running out of the color... and the printer will not even print in black and white if one of the color cartridges is out; so no workaround there. In addition to those frustrations, I am constantly seeing streaks in my printed documents, no matter how many times I clean the heads. Not sure if this is a cartridge issue or a printer issue (or both), but I waste a lot of ink just trying to get a clean document. That said, the colors are vibrant and do not bleed into one another, so there are some positive notes there. Great for both work and personal needs such as party invitations.

Just what I needed, so easy to install when needed

Epson Ink give sharp images rich colors, but it is rather expensive and worth it. I had major trouble finding a printer to buy went all over the city no one has them. I was lucky to find this one. Can't wait for Epson to get back to work and make some more printers. For the most part Best Buy still have the ink. I think I will go out tomorrow and buy more just in case. I usually have a box on hand but now I think I better have two on hand.

The toner has good color and the cartridges are easy to install. I wish toner were less expensive, although the discount with Best Buy Membership helps.

We're happy with the quality of the product; however, cost has increased way too much! Also it would be nice to have the option to purhase the colored inks without the photo black.
