Dissapointed

I expect more from these.. If I was using generic products I would expect them to have issues.

Expired ink

The sticker on the box says they picked it on 8/20/18. The date on the box says best if used before December 2015!! I will be returning this to Best Buy.

Great Product.....BUT.....

Although the cartridges are a bit pricey, the ink lasts a LONG time in this printer! Usually, when the manufacturer states that claim, it's not true. However, it's most definitely true with this printer! The bad news is that I ordered the cartridge through Best Buy in December and it was "backordered". Three weeks later it was still backordered and eventually, Best-Buy cancelled my order. So I ended up getting it somewhere else! Item = A+ Best Buy = D+
