Product great - service could improve

Ink was shipped but printer was sent to the store with no option to redirect. Had to drive 50 mile round trip to pick up. Parked as directed and texted that I had arrived. Husband got out of the truck to make space in back seat. A brassy little guy smarted off that he could not go in the store. We were parked in a space marked for pickup. They had already charged me or I would have left the whole thing with them. I think this stuff is sold elsewhere.
