    Came highly recommended, but we have Apple computers and as hard as we tried, were not able to connect without having a “professional” come in to do it. Not worth that for a home printer! I’m sure it is good for some, but not for our needs.

    I love this printer. However, recently, it keeps jamming when I try to print two sided. I can't figure out what is going on. I'm trying to figure out if I got the protection. I'm sure I did, I just have to find the information. I need this printer because I'm a special education teacher and print all my activities at home to prepare for the week.

    I love the concept and the size range of papers it can take. It does tend to get jammed pretty easily, though. Also, the colors are off and I haven't figured out how to fix it yet. (There's no one to call, really, and internet forums aren't of much use.)
