an absolute piece of crap - adf DOES NOT WORK Scan sped unacceptably slow

My heart is broken as I write this review. I wanted to love this printer. It looks beautiful and it fits well in my room. However, as the title suggests, I could not do even the basic things without it jamming: 1. I can NEVER do duplex printing. It prints smoothly on one side, then when it tries to reverse feed to print the back side, it jams. 2. Feeding from the rear tray works best, but it still jams on occasions. 3. Feeding from the cassette tray would've been my preferred method, but it jams frequently. I will return this and try another EcoTank - I'm still holding on to hope, Epson.

I must have gotten a lemon. I purchased this 14 months ago and it has been nothing but a headache. It constantly jams when trying to copy or scan multiple documents. The print quality is bad and slow. And the copier leaves a vertical line down the entire copy. I'm so disappointed after spending so much on this printer. I'll be purchasing another but not sure if I'll ever buy an Epson again.

This has been the most frustrating printer I’ve ever owned. Every time it runs out of paper, it jams, and it takes nearly ten minutes to get it working again. On top of that, it loses the print job, forcing you to figure out what was already printed and manually restart the remaining pages. Save yourself the hassle—do not buy this printer!

Worst printer ever! Bought this printer to print Christmas cards and it won’t print borderless like it says it will unless you only use specified paper sizes. Of course none of them are the card stock sizes I want to use. It is so finicky half the time it slides the paper up so the image is crooked. I Truly hate this thing. Worst investment in my life. I’m not new to making my own cards. I’ve been doing this for about 20 years. This printer just doesn’t.

This is a terrible printer. Nothing but trouble, and very expensive.

Could not get the white button to stop blinking and was not spending $100.00 for the Geek Squard

I’m really enjoying the Epson EcoTank ET-15000. The print quality is great, the colors look vibrant, and I love not having to constantly buy ink cartridges. The wide-format printing is a nice bonus for larger projects, and setup was easy. Overall, it’s been reliable and definitely worth the purchase.

This "all-in-one" printer doesn't support 2-sided to 2-sided copying or scanning. I've owned many all-in-ones, and never experienced one which didn't support 2-sided to 2-sided copying and scanning. You can do 2-sided copying and scanning, but you must do it manually.

Printer is not printing on the entire sheet it keeps getying stuck at the end printing on printing.

Let's start with the printer arriving, it arrived right on schedule and was package nicely inside its box with no issues with it from shipping. Set up was super easy it took at least 40 minutes for me to finish the complete set up from beginning to the final step of printing something of my own so I could see how well it works. I started with the instruction that come in the box however about 2 steps in it gave me a QR code for the app on my phone and I went from there it was SUPER EASY. I had no issues what so ever when setting up the printer, even putting the ink in was a breeze the bottles fit perfectly into the cover without making a mess not once. My favorite thing so far is how easy it is to use with your cell phone as majority of my work comes straight from my phone. The printer is the perfect size not bulky and it the way at all, I was actually really impressed how compact and modern the design of it was. The control panel can move up and down so you don't have to have it eye level with you to read the panel you can just adjust the screen up a little bit and still be able to see what the screen says. I love that this printer has an automatic paper tray with lights, When you are printing the tray slides out and when you are finished printing the tray retracts back inside the printer, so I no longer have to deal with the bulkiness of the tray being in the way. I think that's probably one of my favorite features this printer has to offer. The printing features it self have alot to offer the quality of the print you get from using this printer is great! It will allow me to catch up on some of my projects i have been working on around the house and i will no longer have to go to a store to get great quality pictures printed, I can do it all from the comfort of my home. Over all i am very impressed with the quality of the ET-8550 and the Epson company themselves. Prints slow and not good with card stock paper. And it sucks up a lot of ink

Off the bat, setup was maybe a total of 35 minutes from the time I started unboxing it. After that great start, I also found The Epson ET-15000 printer easy to use. The quality of the printing has been perfect for my business and personal use. I work from home (graphic design) so this comes in especially handy for me because sub-par quality is not an option for my customers and they were not disappointed. I’ll cover that more a little later on the review. Another amazing feature, and in some ways the best one of all is the ET-15000 comes with more than enough ink so re-ordering toner as frequently as I normally do is one less thing I will have to worry about. Loading the ink tanks was easy and without any hassle. You can load paper into the ET-15000 via the front tray, rear paper feed or automatic feeder. The wireless capability made it so I could use it from any device in the house which is super convenient for schoolwork, my business, or just for fun. There are even voice-activated commands that both me and my daughter got a kick out of, not to mention it makes it extra convenient when I need an extra set of hands that aren’t available. The ET-15000 features a small colored screen that makes faxing, scanning, and settings adjustments a breeze. The print quality is top of the line. Accurate colors, no smudges, and clear as can be. You’d think that a machine with all of these capabilities would take up a ton of space, but it doesn’t. It fits right next to my desktop in my home office and takes up even less space than my other inkjet printer that held far less ink and wasn’t as productive as this machine. The wireless Epson-EcoTank ET-15000 printer is the BOMB! Because of the precise instructions setup was a breeze, including filling the ink tanks, and charging them. The ink tanks are large, easy to fill, and you get enough ink to print thousands of copies. My old printer used ink cartridges which were a pain to get filled, and expensive. This printer is so much more economical in that aspect. Printing is super quick, the quality is superb, and it prints quietly. The scanner scans crisp and clear copies. And it has the wow feature of voice activated printing. The printer has a color touch screen that makes changing settings, printing, scanning, copying etc a breeze. Another outstanding feature is that the printer has its own email. This allows you to send emails with supported file formats from anywhere in the world to the printers email and it will print. It also has the capabilities of faxing, which I have not experienced yet but will soon. You can print from any of your devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop) which is extremely convenient. I am really enjoying using this printer and would highly recommend it, it is such a positive asset to our home. received this printer and I think its amazing. I'm slightly tech savvy but even I didn't have too much trouble getting this printer hooked up to my wifi network. The printer is a good size for a home printer being able to print out up to 13×19 as a crafter this is a great feature. It also prints as small as 4×6 perfect for pictures. I make alot of projects out of cardstock and I able to print on this thicker paper without having to worry about paper jams. I have printed 256 pages( the printer has a print count) and my ink supply hasn't changed my old printer i could hardly print 100 pages before it ran low. One of my favorite features of this printer is the paper feeds. One in the rear of the printer, another in the front for regular thickness and one more for thicker paper and cd dvds. I can put different types of papers and choose the kind I want to print on. The printer has a touch screen making it easy to be able to choose the function I need. The screen is a good size and easy to use. The printer also has two apps. The epson smart panel and epson creative print I reccomend downloading both of these to a smart phone. I personally use the creative print alot. This is the first Printer that I have bought. That everything works on it like it is supposed to. I can't say enough about how much I like it. My only complaint is that I didn't buy a bigger one. If you need a Great Printer at your Home or somewhere else. I can say that I don't think that you will be disappointed in this one.

I've been using this printer for a few weeks now, and I'm very pleased with the print quality, speed, and ease of use. I purchased the printer specifically for the 11x17 capability, and I have had no issues.

I am enjoying my Epson EcoTank wireless printer. It was easy to set up and connect to. The color is great and having so many paper size options is perfect for my needs.
