After many years as an HP loyalist, I encountered a problem with an HP printer that was only three years old. When I called HP for help, I was told they couldn’t talk to me unless I bought an extended maintenance plan. Wait. I have to buy extended maintenance for a printer that may or may not be salvageable? I wasted so many cartridges trying to fix a problem that couldn’t be fixed. I decided I had enough of the high cost of cartridges and opted for the Epson Ecotank 15000. I LOVE IT! It has so many more features than my old HP and the ink is so cheap. Gone are the days when I spend $150 on cartridges. I can get the ink for my Epson for less than $50. I will continue to look for the Ecotank features in future printer purchases. Thank you to Best Buy telephone support for suggesting this printer!

Works and it’s cheap to fill the ink. Recommend going with this.

The software and connectivity with my Wi Fi is perfect. It is easy to use. document feeding and double side printing and alternate paper source are all excellent. I have no complaints. It is expensive compared to most home office printers but worth it for me. It will Fax but I have not hooked it up for this. Does anyone still FAX?

I feel I made a great choice! Have never bought an EPSON printer in the past, but I should’ve.. I centered on this model and its features plus some advice from the department manager.. features are great, does a very good job-totally pleased so far!! a lot of nice, convenient features..

Set up was easy. Prints large colorful. Satisfied purchase.

This printer is everything and then some. Easy set up and ink fill. I didn't use it for a couple weeks and was afraid the ink dried up and ruined the print head. Nope. Just ran a quick print head clean and it worked beautifully. The colors are vivid and works great for sublimation.

I went online and read the reviews for the Epson ET-15000. The pros outnumbered to cons. So, I decided to purchase the printer, and I couldn't be more happier. The set up was easy, love the ink bottle (no mess) and the print is a 10 out of 10. I was happy to trash my HP Desk Jet 2723e!

The all-in-one printer/copier/scanner is light and compact enough for a small office. My only issue is with the scanner feed tray. Even as it is new, it sometimes picks up more than 1 page at a time or a page will go in slightly slanted. The paper guides are aligned and still it happens at times. The ink feature is great and seems to be economical.

Great large format printer that has good print quality. It is capable of printing up to A3+ size paper. The size is reasonable when compared to other wide format printers. This is the 2nd printer I have for this model. The only down side I notice is that twice it had an error code that says there was an error and you are unable to use it. I just do a hard reset and then it’s good to go.

Does everything I need. Very fast printing. Extremely easy first time setup. Awesome wifi connection and easy features with the phone app or printing from my laptops. The ink use is amazing when you have bottles to refill from. Bought on sale for $499.00 Excellent value for a large format printer.

Purchasing from Best Buy was seamless. I did a curbside pickup assuming the printer was going to be too heavy for me. Their service was excellent! Using the printer is going to take some exploration on my part. I can’t figure out how to undo the double-sided printing when that mode is already tuned off. But I am still happy with the printer and have high hopes of printing versatile mediums such as postes and cards.

Epson ET 15000 has been a great purchase; I have been able to print hundreds of documents by replacing the ink. It's small and compact. It's easy to use and a great value.

I needed a high-quality reliable printer. This printer fulfills all my requirements. It prints envelops, documents in multi-colors. The ink cartridges last seemingly forever. Thus, it is very efficient. I definitely recommend this printer.

The printer is the right size for my area and is working very will. Also the price was right.

This printer works great. I have always liked Epson Printers. I am hoping this one will last a long time.

One of the best printers that i have ever owned. Prints beautifully. Prints 13x19 and can use rolls of paper. I highly recommend.

I really compared different printers their quality and price. This printer was easy to set up. The ink provided filled the tanks. I didn’t have to spend money and buy more plus looking at ink prices for the future it seemed reasonable. You can also use it for sublimation! What a plus!!

Purchased as a sublimation printer for my daughter to make shirts. The ink was easy to load once we received it. Did watch videos on sublimation printing to get a better understanding. But overall this printer definitely fit what she needed. Set up wasn't too bad, just had internet connection issues in the beginning but all good now. Can put 8 1/2 x 11 or 13 x 19 (her preference) paper. Overall happy with the printer, but must remember to at least print something once a week to keep from clogging ports.
