Although it seemed easy to set up and add toner, I had to call tech support to try to set up. She was no help and was going to have someone call me back. I figured it out myself while she was trying to transfer. It is still difficult to send items to printer. I have to save documents and photos then can only print from my phone. It may take a few tries to get it to print. Not as easy as my Epson. I just click the picture or document and hit print and selected my printer.

Printer is fine. Seems to be good with ink use. I made the mistake thinking their was a screen on this one, but it was just a sticker. If i did it again, i would spend the extra money for the screen just to make wifi management easier. I still use a laser printer for black and white prints.

I don't know if it's Epson or Best Buy, but the printer came without the USB cable for installation, so I did it with Wi-Fi. I've tried to do it by watching tutorials, I don't know if it's my internet but it doesn't recognize me by Wi-Fi, no matter how hard I've tried.
I'm waiting for the Wi-Fi cable I bought on Amazon to arrive. If the cable doesn't work, I must return it. The first time was because of the ink problem, and now it is because of the Wi-Fi connection. It is inconvenient to carry it around, but I don't know if a technician could guide me by phone or in-person to solve this problem. It printed some documents, but now the Wi-Fi buttons are flashing.

Love it so far, easy to set up and operate! looking forward to not having to buy ink every couple months
