Dont buy it!!

I've been using it for a year, and I haven't really used it much. Just two days ago, I printed an important document, and it printed incorrectly, as if it were out of ink, even though the cartridges are about halfway full. Then the ink lights came on, and it stopped working. I've searched for help online, but nothing has worked. So I think it's a waste because I didn't buy an extra warranty.

Expensive paperweight

The good news is my ink is almost full.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product would have been great but I got a "paper jam" error code, the machine was not jammed and I had Geek Squad come to check it - they could not find any issues, tried updating the firmware, etc. and told me I had to call Epson. Epson told me it didn't matter that Geed Squad had serviced the unit and had to do all the trouble shooting all over, buy a cord that would attach to my Mac, and the whole process dragged and included several phone calls with Epson. Honestly, it has made me not want to purchase from Epson again. As of writing this, I am waiting for the replacement unit to arrive. Fingers crossed I don't have the same glitch.

Quality is poor, ink doesn't seem to be sealed so it dries out quickly if you don't use it every day. I highly recommend spending an extra $50 and buying a Brother All-in-One. This is NOT worth the hassle and the time trying to constantly unjam paper, deal with customer service or ink replacement.

Not the best printer but not the worst!

Honestly I wish there were because I wish I would have spent more for the next model. Connectivity is the problem. Color quality is also not the best. But it will do the job for now. I do like the eco tank!

Not easy to print from mobile devices.

We use the ET4800 at work and it is great. This printer is cheaper but for some reason mobile devices can not directly find it to print without going through the app. Will be replacing with the ET4800

It was a big disappointment and definitely not worth the money.
