The printer is stuck in printing my document on half of the page no matter what setting preferences I request. Talking to the tech help at epson was not at all helpful, largely because the tech help is farmed out to people who are competent in their knowledge but not able to articulate this help, nor comprehend the details of my tech troubles. I will not be recommending this product to my friends.

First of all because I have a Mac computer I literally had to call support 6 times before I got to a technician that could help set up the printer. Printing is so convoluted in that I can't print with my Wifi. So, anything I want to print from the internet or email etc., I have to download. Or I have to call my internet company and get a new router!. I will I knew all of this before my purchase.

Waste of money

I would not recommend purchasing this printer. You cannot change the settings for borderless printing at all.

Not compatible with a lot of the old Mac’s or very New Macs. Customer service took 4 days to get back to me. Had to buy extra cables to TRY to Make it work. Not worth it.
