I had this printer for over 1-1/2 years now. Very good results specially in printing 4X6 pictures. The ink value is exceptional. Make sure you use it often as the ink heads can dry up.

This printer is excellent for my busy buisness. I never have to worry about a bad print or running out of ink. I love the compactness of the printer because I didn’t have to create another space

We love this printer. Setup was easy but did take a little while to complete. The print quality is way better than I expected. After constantly fighting with several other brands of printers just to sometimes get an OK print, if we got one at all, this is a breath of fresh air. PC, tablet, and one connections were easy to setup and print quick and quietly every time, we have not been used to that for a long time. Filling the ink tanks is very easy and cleaner than replacing cartridges that never last as long as they should.

The printer had a software issue that prevented copying and scanning. Printing worked fine. The tech support people at Epson worked hard to correct problem over several days and a considerable amount of my time. In the end they sent me a new printer, which works just fine. It was also easy to return original printer.

This printer is fine for every day use, but it didn’t work out for me. I have a home-based business, I print fliers black & white, but also color. I was used to the quiet HP I had for years & its quality printing, plus it has duplex printing. This Epson is a bit noisier and no duplex printing. I returned it.

Great for printing, very user-friendly and loved that it can be connected via wifi, thus wireless printing is great!

Was a little hard to figure out how to print wirelessly. More steps required than old Epson printer. Good print quality though.

It's been an excellent printer for me. My only complaint is that I had to replace the exact printer because a firmware update basically fried the printer and nothing suggested helped to fix the problem.

I've just recently gotten the thing installed on my laptop with a USB...the internet and smartphone app weren't working for me. The printer is nice and works as I need it.

Printer works great only thing I didn’t realize is you can’t AirPrint straight from your Apple devices because the printer doesn’t have a screen I guess. It will wirelessly print from the epson app but it’s just another step.

Is it a set up giving me no problems? I use it in my classroom and run multiple copies. I’ve had it for six months and have not had to replace any ink as of yet much more economical in the department of ink than any other printer I’ve owned.

Very good light duty printer for household use. Operates well and does everything needed for personal use in my home office. Really like the ink tank feature which makes it very efficient for filling and duration.

A printer with these sort of features is long overdue. Can you imagine the size of the landfill that was just for the entire planet's spent ink cartridges? My printer was the lowest costing in this series but so far I love it. It was easy to setup, came with lots of ink, and the print quality is as good or better than anything I've had previously. This might not be the cheapest way to make a printer but it's the only responsible way and everyone else should follow suit.
