Simple functions. Easy to use. Great quality print. All this for a very reasonable price.

Not as nice as the ET-2720, no display but the print quality is good and it was easy enough to setup via the Epson ap.

Easy to set up. Only used the app to print from the phone so far, but it’s easy to use and it prints very nicely, photos included. I love the idea of the refillable ink reservoirs, which were mess-free to fill and easy to do. It has a small footprint, so doesn’t hold much paper, and feels a little “inexpensive” where the paper feeds in and out, but it was a very good price and performs above expectations. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a Epson ET 2400 wireless all in one printer from Best Buy and I have to say the follow up service about questions regarding set up was very good!

Bought another brand before this one and it didn’t even last a week. Went back and traded it in for this one which was recommended by the workers. It has been wonderful. Super easy to set up.

This was easy to setup. Followed directions explicitly. The print is very good. When scanning items you might have to tweak things a little to get a good scan, but that is a minor inconvenience. This replaced a previous Epson Workforce Printer. So far I am very happy with the printer.

Easy to install and use. Had to manually install IP address for the scanner to connect.

After owning since March of 2025, I have encountered some minor issues with this printer. It jams from times to time, but feathering out the printer paper helps. The ink was showing and printing fine, and after a few software/firmware updates, the printer began causing some issues with the ink (cyan) not fully printing out the color, but the rest remained and printed fine. I mostly use this for shipping labels (black and white), but after trial with color printing and catalogs, I think you would be better off with a color laser if you want sharp and pop with your print jobs. Prints color fine for basic jobs, but projects look elsewhere. The pluses are that you can download and use your phone app to print shipping labels, pictures, and documents from your smartphone (once your printer is connected to your wifi router of course). The scanner is fine as with any. I will say that I do own an older eco tank ET-2600 and that one hasn't given me any issues and has been a workhorse compared to this new one. I guess they don't make them like they used to. I bought the warranty for this printer ET-2400 just in case, and I would recommend you do the same. I will continue to use it, and maintain it. But if it keeps causing issues, I will likely take it to servicing or get another one.

Smaller footprint than my old scanner, which is nice. Aleady had a scanner, so I didn't need a printer with a scanner, but I couldn't find anything but "All-in-ones." Got it because of the value of bottled ink. Was very easy to set up; good instructions.

I'm in ❤️ with my new & first printer... it's doing everything I need it to. It's very convenient to print right from my phone,set up was very easy to navigate,as well as filling the ink tanks. Ink is very affordable also!

I love this printer except that I occasionally like to print on cardstock. This printer is unfortunately very picky and you can only use very thin cardstock.

Print quality does not disappoint! I'll only purchase Epson EcoTank printers for the simple fact that the ink lasts FOREVER! I print tons of sheets regularly, yes, full color sheets, and the ink lasts so long!
