I needed a new printer...I was so tired of buying Ink cartridges...big bucks and dried out constantly...went to Besy Buy and the sales rep...suggested I take a look at the Epson...NO CARTRIDGES LIQUID INK...got my little Epson home and within 20 minutes I was printing away...easy to set up...check it out, you won't be disappointed...

I purchased this printer for the sole purpose of printing invoices to record sales order. I do not need color precision, sharp prints, or with fast printing capabilities. This is a basic "shop" printer for printing every-day-business-admin documents you want to keep inside your hanging folders. So with that said, if you are looking for more other than what I mentioned above, this is not the printer for you. I gave it three stars because I do not like my prints coming out with dog ear on the top. I really do not know why it does that. Even when I put fresh-out-of-the-box sheets, it dog-ears the top left of my sheets. Secondly, the support that holds the paper, or I should say, where the paper rest, is too narrow. This narrow support will cause your papers to eventually curl on the sides when you leave a stack of paper loaded in the printer. Would I buy this again if I have another choice? I will because of the "tank" feature which not only helps the environment (less cartridge), but also cost less to run. Would I recommend this to somebody? If they are not going to be printing presentations, absolutely.

This is my first experience with the Epson EcoTank type printer. I have not used it much but it seems to work very well. I would have given it a 5 star but without a lot of use I couldn't. So far, I would recommend. The ink for this printer is definitely cheaper than any printer we have ever used.

Fast and easy to set up excellent printer for the money. Inexpensive to operate

This little printer does not disappoint in any way. The print quality for text and pictures is very good and so far I have had no problems whatsoever with it. You have to manually select paper types on the display panel if you change paper rather than being able to do so through your printer menu which is the only drawback I've found.

Got tired of buying cartridges for the HP printer. Heard this was an awesome line. Descent for a basic printer, copier, scanner. The software doesn't load with Windows S though. Have to search for new device which they say don't do. Just lose some of the extra software features. Paper tray is disappointing.
