The printer hardly uses any ink when printing photos...Pictures very clear no smudges or streaks... love it...printed a 100 colorful pics and still have plenty of ink in printer full at the top...

Could not get it to work with my laptop, did know what the problem was. Gave it to my son and he a problem with cd also, but did get it to work. He thinks it’s great. I might have to try snd purchase another one for myself.

Love this Printer! I have to admit that Shaquille O'Neal sold me on the product. I ran my business from this printer, and believe it or not...I have yet to refill the ink. Very easy to use and looks great!

I purchased this printer because it was on sale and I did not use my old printer much because of the price of ink cartridges. If this printer produces as many copies per ink fill it will have been a very good purchase and will pay for itself.

What can I say Best Buy I ever bought and the people at Best Buy were great Now for the printer no more ink cartridges to get Jammed and I can see the ink and buy ink any were and fill with out any problem with the printer LOVE THIS PRINTER

So far it seems like this is a reliable printer. Once set up correctly, it performs as it is advertised.It is very compatible with my MacBook . The only negatives are the small screen and it doesn’t hold a lot of paper. .

This was a remote purchase for 2 daughters who need a printer for college. They picked it up, set it up, and started using it with no need for any outside help. Have it connected through their network so they can remote print. Nice!

Amazing printer. If it sits up for a couple weeks you do have to run a cleaning cycle but other than that quality is great. The ecotank is definitely the way to go!!

great and compact simple to use for everyday, not photo quality but great to get work done, just connect to your network and you can print in an instant. set up takes a while but once you get that done you will be good to go.

More practical than cartridge's. Better printing. always wanted to purchase this type of printer because I found the cartridges to expensive and they seem to have ink left when the printer is telling you it is empty.

I absolutely love my Epson Printer! It’s very user friendly and the Best Buy rep was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision! I will buy Epson and recommend that brand to my family and friends

talk about cost effective printing at home office. i use to spend hundreds of dollar on ink a year and this is so much cheaper to operate. not to mention printing over wifi is great.

We returned this as it wasn't compatible with my son's computer. I have a prior model and like it alot- saves money on ink. I am having a current Problem with printing with color.

It does a good job of printing. Just difficult for those of us who have some difficulty with vision to read the instructions in the little box on the front so often takes awhile to get a job done. Over all, like it very much.

They had the printer I was looking for and most retailer where offer of and for $120.00 less then the other retailers in the area. It was fast. And it got there day and efficient. I'm so pleased

I've had this printer for months now and it works great! I like being able to see the ink levels. Any of my past printers, I would have already needed to replace cartridges a few times.

Only had a short time....but so far, so good. The only drawback is that it does not come with a Automatic Document Feeder.... items to be copied have to be placed on the glass one at a time to reproduce

Very Disappointed in the Color Quality... it does not live up to the claims of great 'color' prints. Less than vibrant bold prints...so disappointing. The Tank idea is great, which was my primary purpose for purchasing Epson. But Color Quality is important too and now I regret not getting a laser printer. I waited 6 months until it was back in stock and feel so let down. It's a fine printer, copier, scanner etc.... but I didn't need a fine printer, I needed a printer that gives me great photo prints and bold solid colors. It was on sale for $199, but that's still not cheap for an everyday black & white printer. I needed a printer that can also give me great color ... I have a few friends who are waiting to see how it worked for me before purchasing for themselves. I'm going to wait to see how long my tank lasts before requiring a refill before I pass final judgment or hand out recommendations. I gave it an 'average' under the 'Quality Question' because the category is too ambiguous and the overall printer seems to be of good quality. If the questions were more specific and asked about 'print quality', I would have selected poor/fair.

I like this printer but it seems like the photos I print are not as bright and I can see some of the lines the printer leaves. I’ll play around more and see if I can fix that issue
