Only had it for 2 weeks but so far, so good. It has not failed to print over WiFi so far and the quality is fine for everyday prints using standard paper.

I wish I had known that it does not double side print. It also does not automatically detect change in paper size. I really like the always visible ink wells

we were looking for an ink cartridge for a printer we already had and found this one was only $100 more and the cartridges are by far some of the cheapest on the market

Easy to set up on our network as well as filling up the ink tanks. Not having to deal with ink cartridges is a huge bonus. Happy with this purchase....highly recommend!

Love using the new Eco printers from Epson. No more using cartridges, bottles are better to refill! Had HP but they don’t last, time for change, and that is Epson!

I like the printer, however major problem is the wireless connection repeatedly didn’t work. After numerous attempts I used a wired connection and it has been fine since then.

Well I thought this would be a better design with the ink tanks. it worked well for over a year and then the nozzle got clogged. I researched some options (all which require you taking it apart) and tried cleaning the heads. Even bought a flushing kit on Amazon and nothing worked. So after one year I now have to buy a new printer and WILL NOT be one of these..even though I like Shaq.....

Nice little printer for home use. I love that I can refill the ink tanks without fuss. I use it with USB cable, so can't comment on WFi connecting.

Great printer, especially with ink tank that lasts a year or more!! I have the bigger one and I’m thrilled with it since I got it three years ago!! Got it for my granddaughter.

This has been a reliable printer for a college student, that does not kill their budget for purchasing ink replacements.

I am surprised to see the quality of photos this printer can deliver. It’s not for very heavy duty printing. One key important feature that is missing is duplex printing.

My printer is still not printing or scanning off the computer. I have had it for two weeks and have spent over 10 hours trying to set it up. First I tried by myself, and the CD just stopped. After 2 hours I called the Geek Squad. I worked with him for a couple of hours, but couldn't download the entire package. The download kept stopping. Finally, I could print, but not scan from the computer. Then I called Epson and worked with them for another couple of hours, speaking to three different agents. One got it scan, but couldn't get the entire download package. It would only scan when I put in my ip address each time. The last Epson agent said I had to disable the entire package and start over. I disabled it and the same thing happens. It doesn't download completely. Here I am after two weeks at square one. I CANNOT PRINT OR SCAN FROM MY COMPUTER. I CANNOT PUT A SHORTCUT OF MY SCANNER ON MY SCREEN OR AN ICON TO CHECK MY INK STATUS. DO NOT BUY THIS, UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACH!

Reluctant at first to purchase another ink printer over a laser printer but have been pleasantly surprised so far .

I’ve always hated the mini ink cartridge that most printers require. Since I don’t print everyday, I doubt if I ever got 100 pages before running out of ink. No more!

Overall, the printer works well. The printing is a bit slower than the Brother series, but this one is affordable and has all the tools needed to get the job done.

printer is installed but don't know how to use it as no manual. Also the wireless connection is almost impossible to complete so I got a USB cable to connect to tower.

Absolutely love this printer!! Individual ink levels, I have had it for months now, printed ALOT and I still have over half the ink level left.

So far, so good. It runs a little slower than my Canon Pixma, but so far it uses a fraction of the ink. I'm excited to see how this performs over the long haul, but I'm optimistic.

Purchased for my wife to print sublimation prints for tshirts, other than a clogged print head. Continues to work fine

It took me about an hour to setup from opening the box to printing a test copy from my laptop. Make sure you read the entire manual before you begin (it's very short), so you won't miss important info like don't plug in the power cord until after you fill in the ink reservoir. I was able to connect the rest of our devices very easily and successfully printed from all of them as well. Epson's scan app on the desktop is really easy to use (much more user friendly than MS Scan app). This printer is pretty small and lightweight, and I especially love that it's in very clean white color. Many printers, including my previous HP, are black (and also bulky), so they look awful when covered in dust. Epson ET-2720 fits nicely on top of my small bookshelf. Epson manual states each ink bottle yields up to 4,500 pages black/7,500 color and each replacement bottle costs about $14.00 (at Best Buy), so even though you need to multiply that by 4 (if you print in color often and need to replace them all), that is still far more economical than buying cartridge toners. Two negatives to share are the loud noise when you turn on the power and also printing and the lack of drawer to store papers - you insert them at the top. However, those are very minor and overall, I am very happy with this printer.
