I don't wanna return another printer I hope I can get this to work for me and who do I call to take care of it really hard as far as printers are concerned not happy

Also, it is missing the resizing of the document, I didn't know that. Nowadays, I need the fax machine feature. To have those features, we are talking $500 ,not $150. I like it, but it's too expensive, I will wait for 2 black Fridays, to get it for a decent price.
