    I am having a hard time hooking up to WIFI. It is a simple printer but useless if I cannot hook up to wifi.

    I've owned this product now for nearly 18 months and I can assure you it is not worth it. The print heads get constantly dirty and require me to waste ink cleaning the tanks. Yesterday I received a prompt that a component is end of life and needs to be serviced. There is an inkpad tank in the back of the printer. I removed it, cleaned out the tank sponges and inserted it back in. I then used a third party software since Epson doesn't believe in allowing users to fix it themselves to reset the ink counter. They want users to purchase additional warranty for their planned obsolesce.
