Only one user can use the printer, and we have tried everything it suggested to enable the other user to no avail. If I had realized this was an issue, I would not have purchased it

The print heads get constantly dirty and require me to waste ink cleaning the tanks. Yesterday I received a prompt that a component is end of life and needs to be serviced. There is an inkpad tank in the back of the printer. I removed it, cleaned out the tank sponges and inserted it back in. I then used a third party software since Epson doesn't believe in allowing users to fix it themselves to reset the ink counter. They want users to purchase additional warranty for their planned obsolesce.
