Had HP’s . More than kind of hate them. Did some research and came across this. Setup is… not the easiest. Way easier than HP. It’s not trying to steal your data or subscribe you to services like HP.
It flows. When I need it to print, it prints. When I need to scan, it scans. I don’t have to find older versions of programs because their official one just loops like hp. It’s well built, no bloatware. And LOTS OF INK. Well worth the cost.
I would recommend this to a friend

Capacity to die for!

So delighted with the increased ink capacity. The average print on regular copy paper looks a little muddy if lots of black in the picture, but when printed on glossy photo paper and selecting that option, it is outstanding. I am so thankful I can give up the expensive ink cartridges I purchased monthly with my other printer.

This is a very nice printer. It takes up less space then the one it replaced. It is also lighter. It makes good quality printed pages. We are very happy with it.

I bought this printer in Dec of 2023, and I am in love with it! I've printed over 1000 pages, most of them colored pages on glossy paper, and it has not failed me yet. I've only had to refill the ink once after all this time, and even then I only really needed to refill my black ink/ refilled the other slots for the heck of it. These ecotank printers are incredible - highly recommend. Now, I will say, do not print 50-100 pages at once - this is NOT an office printer. This is a home printer. If you do that many pages, you need to do it in batches.

This printer is an absolute game-changer! The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is perfect for anyone who prints regularly and wants to avoid the constant hassle of changing cartridges. The supertank design is brilliant—I’ve already printed dozens of pages, and the ink levels barely moved. The savings on ink alone make it worth every penny.
The print quality is outstanding, whether for documents or color images, and it’s surprisingly fast for an inkjet. The wireless functionality is seamless, and setting it up with my devices was a breeze. It handles everything I need—printing, scanning, and copying—without any issues.
The compact design fits nicely on my desk, and the clear ink tank levels make it easy to see when a refill is needed (which I expect won’t be for a long time). If you’re tired of expensive cartridges and want a reliable, high-quality printer, this is the one to get. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using an Epson printer at home, and it’s been great for everyday tasks. It’s easy to set up, prints clearly, and the ink lasts a long time. Perfect for simple document or photo printing — really good value for the price.

I like that it doesn't eat up ink, i like that i can just pour in ink and it lasts longer. i hate that i haven’t had my printer for long and i constantly get the “paper jam” error when its the printer not grabbing the paper. constant maintenance. i do not use this printer very often. i’ve used it no more than 10 times and most of it was for nozzle head cleaning, that feature is cool though. i like that it’s not very bulky and the scanning feature works nicely. it’s okay for the price… but my issues are the paper jam error , constant maintenance.

Love this printer! I used it to print out photos for my Dad's funeral. Very high quality. It sips ink. I haven't had to refill it yet, two years later. My cat knocked the printer off it's table and ink spilled out, but it still works the same.

Great printer at an economical price. Someone finally got rid of the horrible cartridge system. It takes a little getting used to but in my opinion one of the best printers in the market.

I Love this printer !!
This is the third one of these that I have installed for myself and friends. Slightly misleading installation information, but if you allow for minor missing information and just watch the screen for clues, installation becomes relatively easy.
Some complain about 'slow' printing, but I have found that this slowness is only on the first sheet after the printer has been asleep for some time. Not bad at all !
It is truly surprising how much ink comes in the initial fill bottles. One of my friends remarked that he has printed what would have been a set of cartridges on his older Epson printer and is now down only about 1/8th of this new printer's ink level.
