I have owned Epson Eco Tank Printers since they first came out years ago. What caught my eye toward these printers was the longevity of the ink. It is true that the ink last forever and I was amazed at how well it printed, and I only purchased the ink one time in 5 years. I was so impressed with my printer that I purchased the ET-2800 for my granddaughter when she started college. I don’t think she has ordered ink in the 3 years.
This year I needed a fax machine, so I purchased the ET-4850 which is wonderful and gave my original Eco Tank printer to another granddaughter and she loves it so much she sent me a picture that was printed off of the printer I gave her, and I have to say it looked really good.
Then I needed a printer for sublimation, so I purchased the ET-4800 and I have to say it prints as wonderful as the others that I have purchased in the past. No problems at all with the Hippoo or StarCraft ink that I purchased for sublimation.
Which brings us to the ET-2850 printer, since the ET-4850 is a bottom feeder only some of my sticker paper had a hard time feeding from the bottom tray due to the thickness of the paper. So, I purchased the ET-2850 which is a back feeder printer. Once again, this printer Epson Eco Tank printer does not disappoint. It printer my stickers and labels beautiful. There is never a problem with the feeder even if the paper is thicker. I’m so happy with the ease of use with these printers. I will not purchase any other printers than the Epson Eco Tank printers. In the past I was spending so much money on ink so when I found my first Epson Eco Tank printer I was sold for life. It doesn’t matter which one I purchase all of them are superior in my opinion. They are not heavy like most printers which makes it easy for me to place them where I need to. The size is smaller than a lot of other printers which is a plus.
I find that the ET- 2850 prints just as good as my ET-4850 and the only difference is that the ET-4850 has a fax machine. The scanning of both machines are the same.

Needed a new printer. Have always been a HP printer fan. But this time i Went into best buy & wanted to try something differently & asked an employee for help & based on comparrisons i decided to take this printer, i feel like i made a great choice. Havent had any issues with it. So far. Works perfectly fine and love the way its so easy to set up wireless and fast printing. Also ive been printing so much and ink cartridges are still at great level. I would recommend this printer.

I love my Epson EcoTank printer compared to all ( and I mean all the other printers I have gone through. I have never had good luck with printers and I have owned just about every brand. This one works well, even though it has a quirk or two, and I really like the ECO Tank option versus cartridges.

The printer is well-designed and easy to set up. I like that it prints with nice ink-efficiency; that is, the ink doesn't bleed much through my thin paper, which is nice for printing pictures on both sides. The colors and resolution are very decent, and text prints well, too.
The cartridge-free feature is nice and cost-saving.
The software on my phone and computer for it are quite easy-to-use. Duplexing is a little bit tricky, though (but I knew this when I bought it) and occasionally I have trouble connecting my phone to it (but usually it connects fine).

Tank printers are the best way to go. It's been 6 months and still on 1st tanks but black ink is getting low. Average printing 10 pages per day, 6 out of 7 days. Easy setup and can print from laptops and phones from anywhere internet is available with Epson app install.
Always been fan of Epson printers, for their quality and value. Dell and HP printers wouldn't last or print quality wasn't there.

I really like this printer. It is so easy to use and haven't had any problems with it. This is the 2nd one I purchased. I use them both at the same time. Very handy.

I have not printed enough to really see how efficient this printer is with ink, but it comes with 65ml of each color. Easy to fill the ink tanks with no mess or waste. The printing I have done (color documents and photos) look great. Set up was a breeze as well.
