Two major flaws - first is that all paper must be loaded in the back feeder, meaning no storage for paper. Second, it does NOT do double sided printing.

I bought this for my 92 yr old mother for mothers day because she absolutely refuses a smart phone or tablet. She just doesn't want to learn something new! She had fallen and broken her hip so is no longer able to sit at her computer for emails or pictures. This fills her needs almost perfectly! It allows family members to "Print" their pics to her from anywhere. Same thing with emails, I'm able to forward emails to her printer. At least she can read her emails.
The quality of prints is great, clear text and fairly fast for a text only document, and not too bad for pictures. The only, very minor downside I see to for out purposes date is there is only one paper source at a time, so when printing from afar, pics and emails, are on plain paper (much cheaper option). You have to physically swap out paper, which we knew on purchase. We love it for uses!

I like the printer but I wasn't very happy when paper had gotten stuck in it and I had only used it a couple times before it quit working. I took it back to Best Buy and the guy told me he wasn't able to fix that brand of printer. I got a little upset because I felt I had just threw away alot of money. The guy then took my printer to the back room where another guy was able to get the paper out that was stuck in it. I won't be buying this type of printer again since it is so hard to get it fixed.

This first one I had to return because I did something wrong and the ink was not working, I returned at the store and picked up another one and it is fantastic. I use it every day because I have groups that I facilitate and I’m always printing new activities. My ink still looks like it’s full it’s been a month.

I purchased the Epson - EcoTank 2800 Wireless All-in-One Supertank Inkjet Printer when my other printer needed cartridges yet again after minimal use. I had a big printing project to do so I was going to get 2 replacement sets of cartridges but the cost for 2 sets was nearly equal to the purchase of the Epson Eco-Tank which was actually on sale! With the Eco-Tank I had plenty of ink and got my project done and still have plenty of ink for more projects before I need to refill and when I do need to replenish the ink for the Eco-Tank the cost is considerably less for a lot more ink than (100 ml !) than to keep replacing cartridges (11 ml !)
I took 1 star off because although the Eco-Tank is easy enough to set-up and use for the most part, the screen to select settings is sooo small and very difficult for me to read! Due to that I'm wishing I'd researched a few more models before making my purchase! Aside from that I'm a lot happier with the Eco-Tank than I was with a cartridge printer and would recommend as a good buy so long as that small screen isn't an issue for you! A final thought is that my project included photo printing and the print quality was very good!
