Nice printer and the wifi connection works well but to scan you need USB cable which was not included. An $8 part, why not include it with the copier.

I've bought many (too many) inkjet printers over the years and this one's been my favorite. My PC doesn't lose connection with it (like constantly happens with the HP printers I've owned and despised), prints good quality, and the ink refill system -- while unique -- works really well. The only negatives are with scanning: Epson doesn't have scanning software for desktops/laptops, and you can only scan one sheet at a time.

Having only used the printer/scanner/copier for 2 days now, I am very happy with it, after a rough start. No, not installation and connections; that was very easy with the Epson APP. Well done.
The rough start was a manufacturing defect which resulted in a 2" black band printed top to bottom on every sheet when you copied or scanned. (Printing through WiFi was fine.)
After a lengthy but efficient troubleshooting session with the EPSON call center, it was determined to be a hardware defect. They overnighted me a new machine, and I shipped the defective one back. The whole thing was a time consuming event, but EPSON couldn't have handled the issue better. The new one prints/scans/copies as expected.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Epson printer products, I was excited to get my hands on the ET-2800 to try it out, they market it as good as a color laser jet, and I got to see that. I’ve been dying to buy a color laser jet, I’ve always had them in my work office, but never been able to own one in my home.
This is not as good as the color laser jets I’ve worked on, but for what it is, and the price, I would have to say it comes really close.
It can do a ton of pages on these color cartridges, and this is a huge plus since ink is so expensive. Nothing like printing 100 pages and the ink runs out and you go to the store and have to fork out more than the printer costs for ink.
Not this one, the printer is expensive and so is the ink, so there is that. But, it should last a lot longer. Especially that black.
I love that it has the big paper trays and can hold a ream.
I like the output quality of the prints, it’s not the best I’ve seen Epson do, but it pretty good. I think I have to do something about the print heads, but I hate having to do it, since I hear that wastes ink.
Other things I like about it - that it can print 20 ppm both black and color! That’s great.
I like that it can auto-feed 35 pages at top for copying.
I love that it has a good wireless connection.
And finally I like that it isn’t as big as my laser jet printer.
Great find!

So far this printer has been good to me. In the beginning I had a little trouble with getting the printer to connect to my devices but after speaking with Epson reps, they help me fix the problem right away. If you have a 5G/2G wifi, know that this printer only reads your devices on the 2G. So only bad thing is that you have to keep switching your device back to 2G, so it can find the printer. Other than that its cool. Oh, and there is no double-sided printing which sucks, but I did not want to pay more money for double sided printing. Just print all odd, flip the pages upside down and print all even. Its a pain but it works. Hope this is helpful.

The image that comes out of the printer is amazing. It was a bit tricky to get the printer to connect to my wifi but that was more of a user error than a printer one. All in all would buy it again for regular use

The printer is low cost and easy to use. I love being able to connect it to both my computer and the kids' computers so everyone can print. I homeschool, so the kids being able to print school work out on their own is really useful. The ink is easy to fill, and it prints fairly quickly.
