Took some time to set up and it jammed once but I am getting use to it. Looking forward to saving on ink cartridges.

Perfect size and performance for my household needs. Great value! The only downside was that it didn’t come with the printer cable( USB A to USB B) in order to connect it to the computer.

Printer is good we like how we fill it up no more cartridges by the ink is the best would recommend

Received my new Epson EcoTank 2800 a few days ago and had to resist my impulse to get out of the box for a few days while the box sat in “quarantine” for 72 hours in my garage to minimize potential covid-19 contamination. Past security measures, the machine (it’s way more than a printer!) was very easy and quick to set up, just a few minutes. We liked the fact the ink bottles are uniquely keyed to make sure each bottle empties in the correct color tank which also prevents spills and stains. All clean and precise. Kudos for the see-through ink tanks that let us how high or low in toner we are running. Wi-Fi took a second attempt to link to the router but it has been working great ever since. We scanned, emailed and printed docs that come out with great quality and definition. We will use it more now that the stay-home guidance has been extended. This is a great product, very smooth and quiet.

Awesome printer! Setup was a little tricky, but after that, it’s been a breeze.

I have been using this non stop since I purchased this and it has been excellent. I use the best quality setting every time and the colors are so vibrant.

This copier is good for price. Also good idea to buy the warranty.

Setup is difficult—even for Geek Squad. This is my 3rd one and didn’t need help on first 2. I love not having to use ink cartridges. Adding ink is so easy and it lasts a long time.

The Epson printer was highly recommended. However, I found the instructions were wanting. Three tries to connect to my Mac failed. I resorted to YouTube videos to get the job done. Also, the screen to get various functions is too small for fat fingers to handle

Although we ordered online for store pick up, the personnel at the local store were very helpful in describing the ET-2800 and several other printers, so a choice could be made. Unpacking and physical set up were easy. I was a little disappointed that the paper tray is open and easy for dust to get into. However, that is my only Printer design attribute that I did not like. I did not use the mobile app for set up. I did use the manual information and I felt the instruction were poor. I was able to make my way through them, as i read them several times before I started. There was no one thing that prevented set up. There were several small things that left guessing to complete a step before moving on. Anyway, I did figure it out, so, it can not be to difficult.

Great printer and well worth the money. You save on the low cost of ink replacement.
