This printer is truly a step forward. I had an older and more expensive model that died, but I really liked the tanks and decided to try a newer and less complicated Epsom with tanks, scanner, etc., but nothing unnecessary. The setup was easier than expected and performance is better than hoped for. Also, much quieter. Thanks, Epsom and Best Buy.

I got really, really tired of buying printer cartridges - - very expensive, since I use my printer A LOT. Just got this Epson Eco Tank printer and set it up this morning. It is replacing my Epson Artisan (which I bought because it had 6 color process: black, yellow, lt magenta, magenta, lt cyan and cyan) which I used almost exclusively for printing art work for signage and lapel buttons. I was afraid that going back to 4 color would impact the quality of the color reproduction. No worries! This Eco Tank does a beautiful job of reproducing art works in color - - and should cost a heck of a lot less, too. I'd been buying 4 to 5 packs of color cartridges at over $100 per pack every year. Hey, it's not only saving $$$ but not having all those cartridges out there is saving the environment, too. This printer was very easy to set up, instructions are very clear. Give it a try.

Overall I like the printer a lot. On the downside the very small screen to choose options using left, right, up and down arrows is confusing. Takes some knowledge for color image printing, to get the colors close, and that knowledge comes from using your photo editing program. I can get somewhat close. But for the price this is a very good printer, and look forward to be able to move up to a more expensive mode. Ink tanks, are great, they will probably last me close to a year. I do a small amount of printing of my artwork, and color labels and background for other art projects

Easy to set up, print quality is good and fast. Have had no issues, I'm actually going to purchase another one so I can have two printing at the same time to get things done even faster.

I print patterns for sewing and was running through ink cartridges, I did the math and buying this printer was cheaper than purchasing ink for the other printer for a year of printing. It’s much faster than my WF Epson and the ink has barely moved on the black ink and hasn’t moved on the color ink at all. Definitely worth it! I will save a ton in the long run! The best part is you can find the ink bottles cheap on resale platforms because people purchase the ET printers to turn them into sublimation printers.

Easy to connect to my WiFi. Prints are great. My only complaint is that it doesn’t print on both sides, only single page at a time.
I would recommend this to a friend

This is the second time I purchased the same model printer. The idea sounds great and I love Shack, but they just do not work well. Both of them lost ability to print in color, black-and-white still works and ink does last a long time, unfortunately, my experience twice has been subpar

All I can say is that comparing this to my previous junk that I had before, this printer is clearly superior. I'm amazingly satisfied with this product after using is for several months. I read that it is efficient with the toner which is the main consideration as far as printer value goes. I haven't had to change the toner yet so I can't confirm that, but it seems like it is accurate. This prints fast, is easy to install, scans great, makes copies fairly quickly. It looks good and doesn't make horribly annoying sounds. I haven't had any jams or misfeeds which makes this a million times better than the previously mentioned Samsung garbage. I'm trying to think of anything that I can say about this that I do not like, but I can't. Zero complaints from me. I highly recommend this product; it is way beyond my needs and expectations for a printer in my home.

This is the best printer I have ever had- it's awesome!!! I have printed many many pages and it doesn't even seem like the ink amount is going down. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!
