Since I purchased this printer, I was NOT able to view the ink level through the front window on the printer under ET-2800. I called customer service and it was of NO help. I attempted to re-fill the ink but the colors do not reflect on the paper when printed. Calling Epson customer service is just a waste of time. I should had purchased a Canon printer. First time buying an Epson printer. Also you cannot load more than 25 pages at a time on this printer. Otherwise when the paper goes through the feeder, the edges tend to fold with a stack of 25 or more paper. I only load about up to 15 pages at a time to prevent folding of the edges. The question still remains unanswered on why the ink level does NOT show in the window. No one at Epson can answer that. Maybe the window is just for "Show" and has no function.

Can not print 2 sided without manuelly reloading paper and paper is distributed so have to reverse order to get in first to back order. Performance has been fine.

Love the printer. It prints well, easy to connect wirelessly to our phone and laptop. It's also nice, because when one color is out, you can just refill that ONE color, instead of spending an absurd amount on a full cartridge. Easy to fill the ink as well. Zero complains, great machine!

No more ink cartridges and it works with Macbooks!
Only being able to print off my iphone with the Canon printer was pretty annoying. I'd have to transfer files from macbook, then "open with..." and Canon app usually not on there so you'd have to manually seach for it.

It was time to upgrade. It was twice the price I would normally pay for a printer since I don’t need to print that much. But with the older one I was always having to see how much ink was left and if I had any cartridges. I have only had it for 45 days now and wind up printing more than I have in the past. I am swapping from mail to paper less and saving the charge which in the long run will pay for the difference in price. Very easy to see ink levels at any time. So far has been excellent for my needs.

I love that it doesnt use cartridges so you can just refill whichever one is low. I also like that it is wireless and prints at a faster pace and you can set it to quiet mode. works great

While I haven't been using it long enough to address those issues, I am thrilled with this printer so far. I appreciate not dealing with keeping cartridges in stock that expire and the environmental aspect of the ink tanks. Better than that, the setup was not difficult and the capabilities are satisfying. I have sent prints wirelessly from my phone and computer and been equally satisfied with the swift, quiet response, finding the prints ready before I get to the printer! Have printed multi-pages rapidly and flawlessly. The quality of color and grayscale have not required any adjustments and rivals the best I have seen. I am impressed and quite happy with this investment. Duration will be determined, but verifying that my research has been well-founded to this point.

This is a great product and price. The best thing about this is all the ink comes with it and it should last a year or more. The individual bottles of inc are around $14 and you can just pick what color you want.

Prints quality labels and other documents for my business while using very little ink. The ink is easy to refill and much less expensive than cartridges. It also scans well.

My wife runs a small business making scented candles.
The lables for the product are graphics heavy, and this thing does an amazing job! The colors are so vibrant. Easy to load in the ink, get it connected wirelessly to her computer, etc. The savings on ink will pay for itself.

Massive amount of ink campared to normal cartridge.
Did a ton of printing on heat transfer paper...everything came out great. Photos were a little dark when choosing photo paper...so had to do some test runs and make adjustments
