This is my second Epson with Continuous Ink Supply System, and I bought this one, just because I left my previous one behind during relocation. This new one is definitely an improvement. I like wireless connection, and ink filling system became a lot easier. Same great home-made photo quality and reliable paper printing.
My only complaint is ink tanks location. While it's convenient now to visually control ink levels, device became a bit bulky, comparing no my older one, where ink tanks were located on the side.

We replaced an HP wireless printer with this one and we are beyond happy with the decision. Setting it up was a breeze and the ease of use has been refreshing compared to HP!

Does everything well, reliable, versatile and fast. I see some complaining about ink cost--but I'm an individual, not a business. In other words, I don't use that much ink, so it is not an issue for me in the long run. Overall, it is very pleasing and well done.
Edit: There is one issue with the ink. When you haven't used it for awhile or are replacing cartridges, it does seem to use an astonishing amount of ink to prepare. I went from about 45% of a cyan cartridge to about 5% just because I replaced a yellow cartridge. (This was not the XL, just regular.) That is really unacceptable. They wonder why people don't want to use "genuine Epson" ink. Gosh, I wonder why.

Love this for sublimation but had to remove the pizza wheels due to lines in prints. Tape 2 pieces of paper together and it wilm push all the way through without pizza marks and pri ts great

I've only had this printer for less than a week, it seems very reliable and efficient. It took me about 1.5 hrs to set-up the printer, this includes unboxing/wrapping, connection setup, firmware updates and epson connect (which is the best). The directions for setting it up given with the printer are very well put together and easy to follow.
It is easy to print, copy and scan (all-in-1, I haven't tried to fax yet). The touchscreen control panel is a great plus and very user-friendly. It is perfect size for my home office and looks very compact and latest tech. I love the features of Espon connect where I can print attachments from anywhere by sending an e-mail.

This ONLY does 1 scan copy/print at a time, and NO fax on this machine. When I setup this printer all I needed was my wifi password, powered it on, and ran the little update it did on the screen. From there I went to my computer, laptop, and Ipad and the epson was there and ready.
INK will last FOREVER, we still have our other epson ecotank with 1 year going strong after multiple documents and ADU blueprints, while never thinking about ink if we don't use it one week. These are the LEAST expensive in the long run, post 1-2 years its been fantastic. Never going back, but for you large office or duplex scanning heads, go for the larger pro models or a laser printer!

Set up was easy. Smaller footprint on my desk than previous printer. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles but I didn't need all the extras.
I'm sure refilling the EcoTank will be much easier than the cartridges on my previous Epson. Print quality is very good.
So far very happy with my purchase. Also very satisfied with the Best Buy sales person.

My daughter is in college, and we were so tired of buying ink cartridges. I swear they only put 10 drops in each. Anyway, I bought her this Epson Supertank, and she loves it. Hasn't had to buy new ink yet, and according to her, it's not even close to needing new ink. She prints a lot for her classes, and she has had no problems with it, and says that it prints great.

Easy set-up, wireless printing and print quality exceptional. Initial ink load took most of the supplied bottles, but the use is minimal and lasting longer than expected.
