    I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished printer, but it works like new! And I love that it doesn’t need cartridges, which will be much more economical in the long run. This printer came with ink bottles enough to fill up all the inks, and looks like they will last a long time. The printer does double sided printing, too. Highly recommended!

    Disappointing, received without ink, power cord, or documentation. Best Buy customer service could not provide missing components. Epson customer service was requiring photos, documents, to evaluate replacement options. Between chats, phone calls, and trip to store to return, wasted 3 hours of my time, and fuel.

    This is my third printer. The first two used cartridges that continually dried up causing a no print issue. This printer uses liquid ink that is supposed to print 5,000 pages. Also it prints faster. So far it works very well.

    this sucks! its very difficult to figure this out after all testing and trying over and over gain, it doesnt work! calling geek squad it took forever to resolve it got resolved one time and back again, its very mentally draining. Im tech savvy and used to all of this working in the office but this is the worst. the letters on the screen is. vert small can barely read it.
