Best Buy customer service could not provide missing components. Epson customer service was requiring photos, documents, to evaluate replacement options. Between chats, phone calls, and trip to store to return, wasted 3 hours of my time, and fuel.

The first two used cartridges that continually dried up causing a no print issue. This printer uses liquid ink that is supposed to print 5,000 pages. Also it prints faster. So far it works very well.

Im tech savvy and used to all of this working in the office but this is the worst. the letters on the screen is. vert small can barely read it.
