Wanted a tank printer with a small footprint. The Epson ET-2850 met those needs and was easy to set up. Love the automatic double-sided printing. Print speed is a bit slower than my last printer. Print quality is okay, but I haven't tried it with high quality paper yet, and I expect that will yield better results. Happy with my purchase.

bought this printer for school. I am in my masters program and I print basically whole text books, I have not run out of ink or dealt with many paper jams. WAYYYY BETTER THAN ANY HP PRINTER

Just purchased this all-in one to replace another Epson model. The cartridge free feature is great. This model does not have a paper tray, for that option, you'd have to move up to a higher model; meaning the price point goes up a bit. The print quality is the same as with the cartridge model I have. The screen is not touch, you'd need to upgrade for that. The smart app takes a bit to get used to but is nice to have . For the price point, I did expect more features but all in all, it does what it says it does. Did have some trouble setting it up to connect to my computer wirelessly. printer to computer connector does not come in the box

This printer rocks!! I would never buy a traditional printer again. I use this printer for sublimation and use alot of ink...... for pennies!! Quality is great.

This printer has worked flawlessly and i have not yet had to change the ink. Drastic difference from my last printer. Setup was easy, including the phone app. I didnt need the phone up, but now i can print from my phone. Paper tray is a little flimsy, but there is another model in the line if that is important.

The printer is easy to setup and the prints are first rate. My only objection is the tiny LCD display used to prompt printer input. It is very hard to read. The large ink wells and economical printing make this one complaint worth the switch to Epson.

Great printer to have for a home office. The only downside to this is if it is not used to print at least once a day the ink heads get clogged and you have to do a deep clean. That would be the only downside to this printer. The printer is easy to navigate. Connects to WIFI really fast. Scanning is easy to do as well.

Super quiet when scanning. Printing is slower than I like. Comes with basic Photo + software, that was a good bonus. I have made some simple signs with it. 10 days and barely a dent of ink used! Simple to set up. It does take the 10 minutes to cycle during set up. Ink levels will drop, but don't worry, bottles have extra ink to top it off later. Unit holds paper from the back, which I'm not a fan of. Would have love it if it could hold a higher count of paper.

This is the best printer I have ever owned! It's so easy to set up, refill, and the pages come out perfectly clear and crispy. If I ever have to buy a new printer, I'm getting this one AGAIN!

I absolutely love this printer! We ordered it for our home office/homeschool. The quality is impeccable, and it works perfectly every time. It was super easy to setup!

Had this printer for a month now. Easy setup and adding ink is even easier. I print everything from my iPhone now and the quality seems fine. I have not tried pictures yet. I do agree with other people about the screen size and location. It’s hard to see. You should install it somewhere higher than I have. Haven’t had it long enough to see if this system will have an issue with jet outs.

I am usually very stressed and unsure of myself when downloading drivers and setting up a new device. However, the instructions for the Epson Eco Tank ET-2850 were so easy to follow and I was printing from my iPhone and from my laptop in less than an hour. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend this printer.

Love this printer does everything I need. Small doesn’t take up too much room, can print off from my cell phone. Easy to install. No more cartridges!

I had a previous version on the Epson EcoTank and loved it. After over 10,000 copies and 7 or 8 years of use, it was time to get a new printer. I didn't hesitate in buying another Epson EcoTank printer. It's absolutely perfect for all my needs. And in the process, I'll save more than the cost of the printer in ink savings. It's also nice that Best Buy will take in the old printer for recycling and Epson usually gives you a credit for purchasing a new one. It's a win-win.

I recently purchased this printer, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The setup was quick and hassle-free, and the print quality is outstanding—sharp text and vibrant colors. It prints at a great speed, even for larger documents, and the wireless connectivity makes it super convenient to print from my laptop and phone. Another big plus is the ink efficiency; I’ve printed a lot, and the cartridges are still going strong. Overall, this printer is a fantastic choice for both home and office use. Highly recommend!

So far so good! Printer was easy to set up and connected to WiFi was also easy. Not so with other printers I had bought elsewhere , so I returned them. I have always used cartridges, but this printer has ink carts to fill. I’m thinking this may be less expensive. But a little too early to tell. I love the way it prints- fast and looks good!

I am very happy and satisfied with my new EcoTank ET-2850 Supertank Inkjet Printer! It not only does all that I want it to; I love the way you can add ink- it is so much better and affordable than the printers that you have to continually buy cartridges for! This is the 2nd Epson I have purchased - the first one lasted me 8 years of lots of copies - so I am very glad Epson still makes this type of printer!

I purchased this Epson Ecotank printer about a month ago. It was very easy to set up and connect to Wi-Fi. The ink tanks were easy to fill. I print a lot during tax season and so far the ink usage has been minimal. This printer was purchased to replace an HP printer that was a constant headache. This Epson printer outperforms the HP by leaps and bounds. The print quality is great, the colors are clear and bright. I highly recommend this printer.

Thus far, I have had nothing but good experience using my Epson EcoTank ET-2850 printer. I love the fact that the ink does not get used up as fast as in my old printer. It is easy to operate. I have had no paper jams, and the pages printed are beautiful.

This ET-2850 printer is a replacement for the original EcoTank printer by Epson. We downgraded as we don't need an auto-feeder or fax machine. This printer is so quiet while printing (in quiet mode). Impressed with the printing and easy ink filling. Love that the paper is flat fed. Now for the cons: no scanning app for desktop, Must use a mobile device to scan documents or photos. There isn't a way to do a PDF file with all the pages in one PDF file with the app. The previous desktop scanning program allows this feature. EPSON if you are reading this please fix these flaws or oversite on your part. Not all of us use mobile devices for printing & scanning. Need our documents to be professional so please add a desktop scanning program. Really want to take another star off for the LCD screen being so dang small. This needs to be bigger - like all printers going forward should be a minimum of 4" viewing screen. All this aside this is a great printer.
