Upgraded to this unit. Happy to have power 2 sided printing vs manual 2 sided printing. I love eco tank ink. So easy to use.

excellent print quality and easy to set up. eco tanks are definitely the way to go, I can easily see exactly how much ink is left in the tanks. my only one gripe would be the paper hangs out the back and isn't integrated into the machine but it's a minor aesthetic and doesn't affect the performance.

Haven’t purchased ink, so I don’t know the price, but plenty ink was included with the printer. Relatively easy setup. Hassle free printing from PC or copying. Haven’t used the fax, but assume it will work equally well.

I like everything about this printer. It sips the ink and copies come out sharp and clear. The scanner is easy to use as is the software it uses. It was easy to set up. It was up and printing in about 20 minutes.

I bought this as a gift so my wife could start sublimation printing. It has been a great printer so far. The tanks are easy to fill, print quality is great and we have had no issues with this printer at all. Setup was a breeze and I really like the app you can get to print pictures.

Works great for what I need. Printed a picture of a hummingbird and put on a relatives iPad and they thought it was there screen.

I love my printer and best part I don’t need to buy ink right way because it lasts a while!!!

Good home printer. Not the easiest or quickest to set up but if you follow the instructions thru the app after installing on your phone, it should takes about 20 minutes after color initialization and print alignment. Prints come out with acceptable speed and clear color, probably better with better paper. Not the quietest but not too loud either. Can't really review ink usage yet, first time with this type ink printers.

Purchased for my parents to replace a newer HP printer that was too complicated to access AirPrint, which never worked. This product had a very user friendly user interface between the app and instructions. I’m in the technology sector so I’m their IT, and I would recommend this both for functionality as well as quality prints this machine produces.

This printer achieves good quality printing. The large black and color ink tanks make it possible to print large documents without worrying that ink will run out. However, the set up instructions are highly inadequate for those who do not have a DVD drive on their computer. On-line customer service could be improved.

Purchased for my parents but so far they seem happy. It's very plasticy which concerns me for long term use. Quality of print is good, its easy to connect, and I like the ink options.

This is an amazing printer i have had brother printers ans Hp printers but this one by far is the best hands down i get zero errors when printing you get 2yrs of ink and the ease of use is fantastic i would highly recommend this printer so anyone who wants to have a all around great printer for anything.

We bought this for the ink capacity and ease of refilling. The printing quality is average and the speed is fine. Connects with most computers in the network via app or WiFi fairly easily. Set up was quick and easy.
