I have always used Epson printers, never had any problems. I was excited to buy the EcoTank ET-2850. The ink lasts so long, has a great many features. After some time it has slowed down and takes a long time to print even just one page. I love to print photos and I have to say this printer is not very user friendly for them. You have to physically change for every size on the computer. Has no slot for 4x6 like my old small Epson. Keeps saying error and waisting paper. It is a pain to keep changing. Although it has great ink that lasts a long time. Im looking for something that works easier for me.

For personal or small business this is a great choice. Not tech savvy at all, still can’t cut, and paste, but I felt like a pro setting up Epson printer to work on both mobile and desktop.

Love it it’s fast and amazing. I love the new ink toner. Looking forward to not having to fill or switch out ink cartridges. It was easy to fill an easy to maintain. Would recommend this to anyone.

Love this printer. I like the fact the ink is liquid . So I don’t have to buy all the colors at once if o don’t need to. Fast reliable printer . Easy set up great customer support when I needed to use it .

I love this printer, it is well worth the money. I haven't had an issue with it, and I print with no regularity. Maybe on average 1-2 times per week but up to 30 / 40 pages/print job. The EcoTank ink system is fantastic and seems to make use of the tech found in many industrial printers just scaled down. It prints beautiful pictures for a low-end consumer printer, and I haven't had to fill my tanks yet. I purchased this printer on Dec 17, 2023, and am still running on the ink that came with the printer with about 5/8 of my tanks remaining. My $65-$70 worth of starter ink is still fresh and prints like a dream. I love this and it doesn't feel like a rip-off, unlike printers that require cartridges.

Big change over cartridge printer. Faster than old printer. Holds much more ink than cartridges. Ease of use a five. Filling of ink easy. Setup a breeze.

Setup is very easy - either wired or via Wi-Fi. Print quality is excellent for both text and photos. Large ink tanks and (relatively) inexpensive replacement ink makes use and cost more efficient (less frequent refills). The scanner is surprisingly good for straight copying and image or text scanning to digital.

After many years of fighting with my HP printer I bought this one on Black Friday. My initial reaction after setting it up is that I should have spent the extra $100 to get the next one up. The print quality is crisp, but not as vibrant (as described by someone above) and it is noisy when printing. Also, the paper feed from the back prevents it from storing in the printer drawer of my desk. This is something I did not notice as being a possible issue at the store. Overall the unit jut feels cheaply made and I am not sure how long it will last.

If you're reading this, you need a printer. Stop reading and go buy this one, right now! It's probably the best printer ever made. I don't know how they printed stuff back when there were newspapers, but I'd bet a zillion bucks if one of them saw this printer they'd go, "What in the heck is this thing? I don't know how it works, but it works WAY better than this old steam powered printing press that I have to keep feeding big heavy logs or it shuts down and my manager will cut my wages and my family will starve." I know that sound dramatic, but times were tougher back then. Go get this printer before they sell out!

I replaced a HP Envy All-in-One Printer/Scanner that was almost brand new with this EPSON ET-2850 /All-in One Supertank Inkjet Printer. Both Printers were setup to operate in the wireless mode. I was extremely unhappy with the HP Envy Model as it was constantly losing it's operational settings and had to reprogram the darn thing about every other time I tried to print anything with it. I have had nothing but HP Printers which were very easy to initially set up and then never had to go through the set up procedures like I did with the HP Envy Printer. Then, too, I didn't like the extra steps I had to go to to get a document printed. The EPSON is a joy to use compared to that HP Envy printer. I doubt i will ever go back to HP Printers again if the future models are as difficult to setup as the Envy Model and then have it lose it's settings and have to go through the number of steps to reprogram it again.

Haven't used it a lot yet. But so far, setup, ease of use, and quality far better than my older printer. The ecotanks are a plus.

Printer works great. Very easy to fill ink tanks. Comes with full size bottles to fill the ink tanks so you don't need to purchase ink right away. Only feature it is missing that I would like is having the ability to copy multiple pages at one time. Can only do one page at a time for copies or scans. Does print double sided. Good deal for the price.

We have been very happy with the Epson printer so far! Crisp printing and no paper jams. Also looking forward to purchasing less ink with the supertank reservoirs.

We needed a new printer immediately after the death of our old one. I was very pleases with the ease of setup! The sale price made it an excellent opportunity to save money and get a great product! It. Is a nice opportunity to try the eco tank system!

I spent years with different printers that used those cartridges which were very pricey to continuously purchase and did not last very long. The amount of ink they provide with the initial purchase is more than the tanks you place the ink into. So they give you a tank full plus some for each color. And the printer works great! I purchased this earlier this year and am still on the initial ink I filled the tank with. I love this printer!

We wanted to get away from ink cartridges that were hard to find and cost a lot. The printer was old and started to act up. This one works great and the separate ink wells is a plus for us since we mainly do black printing.

We bought this printer after years of running out of ink and wasting a ton of money on a more traditional printer. I have not run out of ink yet and we’ve had it for 2 years!

We like the printer so much because it is so easy to operate and the ink wells make worrying about running out of ink obsolete. The print is pretty good, the scan and copy features work beautifully! I would recommend it for it's simplicity and it's quick and accurate responses.

Awesomely good quality prints and uses ver little ink!!
