Very good printer for the value. It has made my work flow so much more efficient. Very happy with my purchase! Super easy to install and use.

Ive probably printed 4000 - 5000 papers for school so far and this machine seems to still be above 1/2 full of ink, which compared to my past HP's is incredible. The quality of print doesnt seem any better than an old HP 722C, but i didnt buy it to print pictures anyway. The WiFi is awesome as well! If i had a suggestion, id love for it to hold 250 sheets at a time, but even that is of little issue with attention.

We brought the printer on line and picked it up in the store. To my surprise it was easy to install the app to my phone and get the printer running.

I love my printer! It is so easy to use and the set up was just take out of box, add printer ink and then follow the prompts and wa la! Done

This printer exceeded my expectations. Easy set up and so easy to refill the individual tank with ink. Plus an app to give you directions. Wow, I Fell like I hit the jackpot.

Printer worked great! Stopped using for 3 months and then only printed black print for 2 months. Bought 2/24 and stopped printing red 9/24. 1 year limited warranty so will be calling soon

It’s fantastic for printing a few sheets. I purchased for the use of some larger printing needs. Once I print over 15 pages I typically struggle with pages getting stuck in the printer. However, the ink is awesome and quality is great!

This really does hold a lot of ink that seems to last a long time but if it’s not used daily it seems to have some hiccups and it takes a lot of cleaning routines to correct the missing ink on the paper. After the cleaning it works great. I just don’t use it daily more like once or so a month. Other then that in over 2 years I have not bought ink.

I'm writing to share the most frustrating and ridiculous experience I had at the Best Buy Waterford Lake location when I went to exchange my printer model ET-2850 on May 31, 2025. The printer had stopped working and was still under warranty and online support advised me to go to store and exchange the printer. I bought this printer for $236.99 and utilized $130 in reward certificates (RZ18348646973 -$100, RZ18348646942-$30) and rest ($106.99) by credit card. The team leader along with the team members gave me such a hard time and run around for exchange. Everyone gave me different answers, like one person said there are five items in the stock and next person said there is none in the stock. Then I was told we can exchange to any different one and pay the difference if it higher in cost and vice versa. Sales associate processed the transaction and informed afterwards that Best Buy rewards certificates ($130) has been cancelled which was used in the original purchase and cannot be applied towards exchange anymore, as this is the BB policy. I refused to agree to that logic. Salesperson went to get his team leader; they had a discussion for 3 to 4 minutes behind customer service cash register (closed doors) and the team leader then came out with a fabricated story. Even though we were willing to pay the difference in case the new printer was higher price, the team leader very disrespectfully denied to that request . We had even offered to exchange to a one level lower model (ET-2800) since they did not have the original model (ET-2850) in stock, but the team leader did not even allow us to do that for even exchange as well. She very strongly said that the Best Buy reward certificate (value $130) that I had used on my original purchase has been cancelled by her because per their policy the rewards go to waste during an exchange. Everything I was suggesting resolving the situation, she very strongly kept denying and was stuck to the only point that we have already lost our reward certificate worth $130 and there is no alternative left. We asked her to cancel the whole transaction and give back our damaged printer and she told I cannot take my original printer back either. I was not left with any other choice besides leaving the store empty hands, because they cancelled my $130 rewards certificate which I had earned from my previous spendings at Best Buy, they didn’t return my own old printer and I was not informed of any of the following facts before they did the transactions: Reward certificates were cancelled even without telling me and was told this is the BB policy for exchanges I was not allowed to take back my own defective printer (ET-2850) – forcefully acquired by BB I was not allowed to pick even a different printer (as original item was not in stock), even when I was ready to pay a difference. Misinformed us about the reward policy for exchanges – see below the screen shot image001.png I am very much frustrated for unfair treatment I received in the store and trying to understand the reason behind such an act. This is very strange and unacceptable behavior from Best Buy management team leader. If they treat established My Best Buy Total members like this, I cannot imagine the treatment for the standard customers. Team leader was very disrespectful, illogical in front of bunch of other people in the cashier line.

Great printer, easy to install both cellphones and PC. The quality of the print is very good!
