It was easy to set up! It is working great! The young lady who helped us was very nice.

My Epson XP 400 printer was getting so old, it was hard to find replacement cartridges, and the ink is expensive. So I decided to replace it with an Eco tank. I don't need anything but the basics and I got this at a good price on Memorial Day. Set up was easy, probably because I have an external CD/DVD drive and I could use the included CD disc to install all the hardware. I like the two sided auto printing. Scanning is especially easy. To make it simple, you can use Epson SmartScan, just press a button and it's done. But if you want to use manual settings, you can scan with the normal Epson Scan utility. I don't do much scanning so an automatic feeder wasn't something I needed. The prints and copies look great. I've only had it for about a week and so far I am very happy with it.

I love this printer. It's replacing an older Brother I was using. I was spending a lot on ink cartridges for that one and this one is easily more cost effective because of the EcoTank system. It is also much smaller than my old one which I love as well. I am very happy with my purchase.

The printer is nice, took a while to set up. It prints nice and works as it should. Only problem was best Buy is no help if you have a problem. The customer service is not there. you have to figure it out for yourself or pay them to fix it. Witch would be ok if it was months old or years but the same day you should be able to get help from them. Thats the only problem.

Inexpensive to operate , decent print quality, easy to operate. The ink system is great i was worried about spilling ink all over, that is impossible to do very easy to fill . I use it for light duty around the house copying etc sonfar so good

I like everything about this printer. It sips the ink and copies come out sharp and clear. The scanner is easy to use as is the software it uses. It was easy to set up. It was up and printing in about 20 minutes.

excellent print quality and easy to set up. eco tanks are definitely the way to go, I can easily see exactly how much ink is left in the tanks. my only one gripe would be the paper hangs out the back and isn't integrated into the machine but it's a minor aesthetic and doesn't affect the performance.

I bought this as a gift so my wife could start sublimation printing. It has been a great printer so far. The tanks are easy to fill, print quality is great and we have had no issues with this printer at all. Setup was a breeze and I really like the app you can get to print pictures.

Haven’t purchased ink, so I don’t know the price, but plenty ink was included with the printer. Relatively easy setup. Hassle free printing from PC or copying. Haven’t used the fax, but assume it will work equally well.

Was easy setup and print was great nice to have containers vs cartridges to change.

The Epson EcoTank ET-2850 is an excellent choice for home users, students, and small offices looking for a low-cost, reliable, and easy-to-use printer. Its huge savings on ink, solid print quality, and wireless capabilities make it a fantastic alternative to traditional inkjet models. However, if you need fast printing speeds or an automatic document feeder, you might need to look at higher-end models.

Upgraded to this unit. Happy to have power 2 sided printing vs manual 2 sided printing. I love eco tank ink. So easy to use.

Best printer by far, super easy to use doesn’t require an app or subscription you just get the refillable ink and put it in along with your paper and you can print from phone, pc, mac, anything

I love this printer! It is one of the best I have ever purchased. I really like the ink usage.

Good home printer. Not the easiest or quickest to set up but if you follow the instructions thru the app after installing on your phone, it should takes about 20 minutes after color initialization and print alignment. Prints come out with acceptable speed and clear color, probably better with better paper. Not the quietest but not too loud either. Can't really review ink usage yet, first time with this type ink printers.
