Works fine for my needs. The print quality is not excellent, can be a little blurred or off. But it suits my needs just fine. I like how well the wifi function works. I do most of my work on the main floor, yet the printer is in the basement and it prints every time. I like that I can visibly see the ink level. Sometimes the paper feed can be a bit picky.

We bought this printer after years of running out of ink and wasting a ton of money on a more traditional printer. I have not run out of ink yet and we’ve had it for 2 years!

Saves on Ink! I like that it prints on two sides of the paper. I’m used to a laser printer so it does print slower. Print quality if great. Scanning is very manual since it does not have a feeder. Setup was not fun with such a small window. Reading the small icons is not easy. This is a good choice if you need to save on ink prices and need a dependable wi-fi printer.

I got this to replace a different, well-known printer brand whose ink is pretty pricey, and does not last very long at all. At the time my wife was homeschooling and we were going through probably a full black and colored ink cartridge every month and a half with all the printing we were doing. This Epson Eco-Tank was a game changer, and we're still on the original ink that it shipped with. One thing that was new about this that wasn't really an issue with the previous printer, is the need to use this printer every so often to prevent the print heads from drying out, so if we haven't printed anything in a while we'll just print a couple of random pages every now and then to keep up with that.

Printer is sufficient for our needs at home. The ink tank is way bigger than all the printer cartridges we ever used before and has lasted longer than what we are used to with our previous HP inkjet printers.

Awesomely good quality prints and uses ver little ink!!

If you're reading this, you need a printer. Stop reading and go buy this one, right now! It's probably the best printer ever made. I don't know how they printed stuff back when there were newspapers, but I'd bet a zillion bucks if one of them saw this printer they'd go, "What in the heck is this thing? I don't know how it works, but it works WAY better than this old steam powered printing press that I have to keep feeding big heavy logs or it shuts down and my manager will cut my wages and my family will starve." I know that sound dramatic, but times were tougher back then. Go get this printer before they sell out!

Big change over cartridge printer. Faster than old printer. Holds much more ink than cartridges. Ease of use a five. Filling of ink easy. Setup a breeze.

Great service and works great. The salesman was the main manager and was very nice. My daughter-in-law installed it after getting it home. The print and color are very good! I haven’t tried it on pictures yet. It fits perfectly in the space that my old one was in.

Easy to set up (and coming from me, that's rare) and prints beautifully. LOVE the ink bottles instead of the cartridges. I only have to add ink every 5 or 6 months, which would have equalled at least 10 or 12 cartridges. Makes me and the planet happy, and there's no suddenly running out in the middle of a project.

Great starter printer, I use it for side jobs and it gets the job done. The display could have been a little bigger but it’s cool.

The Epson EcoTank ET-2850 has been a great purchase. I bought it in February 2025 and have had zero problems. I'm very happy with the printer's overall performance. Highly recommended.

Terrifically easy to set up. Nice quality prints. Love the bottle fill, rather than over-cumbersome cartridges, that are so wasteful. Have only used it for printing so far, but will try the scanning and copying at some point. Additionally, it's small and neat profile looks good in my office.

Easy to install and connect. Dont like the paper holder because it holds few papers at a time. Doesnt use paper tray to hold paper. Just purchased it so i dont know how long ink will last. Refill ink bottles a bit pricey.

This printer is excellent! I previously had an HP printer that I could never get to work correctly and wasted ink extremely quickly. I love that this printer doesn’t use cartridges that you are constantly having to buy because it runs out so fast, not to mention the expense. This printer uses actual ink and it has already last me months! The quality is also fantastic. Definitely worth the price!

Haven't used it a lot yet. But so far, setup, ease of use, and quality far better than my older printer. The ecotanks are a plus.

I’m impressed with the quality of the Epson. It was super easy to set up and use! I also was able to order online and do store pick up! Great customer service overall wonderful experience!
