There is always something wrong with this printer. Right now I've been trying for almost an hour to print a single page. It's always disconnecting from the network (it's in the same room as the router), needing some kind of manual update, printing blank pages, or some other reason why it won't do its one job. This is a great product if you need something to fill your time and enjoy endless troubleshooting. If you want to print something, look elsewhere.

Printer is working as advertised. Have used several times since purchase and no problem.

great color printer, not the fastest to print 1st page but excellent print quality and auto-duplex works very well. First time owning one of these printers with the ink tanks and its definitely the way to go

Mediocre printer, the print quality is not good ! I was going to buy the 2800 however the 2850 advertised photo quality which it isn’t! It went on sale the following week and tried to get a refund for the difference. They use a third party customer service which is a joke, I had to go to the store to straighten it out! Later that afternoon I got an email from BB saying I cancelled my Total Pius account which I didn’t! I had to go back to the store to straighten it out again ! It took 3 days and the only remedy was to extend my Total Plus another year …..

Bought this for my son, an artist. He loves it, he says the quality is excellent and loves that he can print wirelessly. It also doesn't need new print cartridges all the time.

Thankful not to have to buy wasteful cartridges. This printer is a great value and quality printing. Happy with the decision to go cartridge-less.

Best color printer ever owned. I don't have to sell a kidney to print a booklet in color at home! Amazed at how many high quality color pages it pumps out with single ink fill.

I like the ink being cartridge-free, but the window and print are too small. I've had connection issues, paper jam issues, and a few other things. For the amount I paid for it, I would expect it to be better. I don't like having to go online to access the user's manual either.

Excellent printer. Way better than that paperweight that TX bunch bricked. prints come out DRY (hooray) and ink levels are right there to see.

I had read a review that the small screen was a huge disadvantage. Of course I didn't think I'd have an issue. Big mistake on my part. I have old eyes. Also still haven't figured out how to make the copied colors closer to the original. Frustrated I gave up on fixing it and putting up with it for now. One thing that I like though is the refillable tanks. No more ink cartridges! Saving the planet and money is a plus.
