This printer works great after I finally figured out how to attach it to my MacBook Pro. The color is great when you select the right paper settings. I am using it to make stickers and my first batches are awesome.

Love this printer…ink last longer and crisp photos

I love this printer I'm running out of paper not ink, so cool. Was easy to set up, easy to use, love it.

There is no ethernet port despite what it says on the Best Buy product specification page. I purchased this as a home network printer to LAN connect into my router. My prior printer works this way, so my four-person family can easily print wirelessly from anywhere in the home. When I opened the box and saw that this had only one USB connection (no ethernet port) I didn't worry, as I have no difficulty using Wi-Fi networks for everything else in the house. I as over-confident. Today is the third day of setting up, then setting up again, then setting up again, and then finally giving up on setting up the Wi-Fi connection for multiple laptops. Every time I ran the Epson setup utilities for one computer, it rendered the prior computer's settings useless. The only time the network printing is stable is when one--and only one--laptop is configured to print. Each time I attempted to print with a laptop that had previously worked just fine, I had to reinstall the utility with the clunky Epson printer connection software. Three days, and in the end, the only way to share this printer without reconfiguring the connection over and over again each time we want to print on a different laptop is to direct-connect with the USB cable. My eight-year-old printer (different brand), with an ethernet port, is still chugging along as a networked printer for all four of us without any networking difficulty, but this new Epson ET-2850 simply won't handle more than one Wi-Fi connected laptop. Do not trust the BB specs page...there is NO ETHERNET port on this one, and Epson's claimed "Stress-Free Printing" is elusive. Love the ink reservoir, though.

Good print quality but always needs and update and make sure you actually power down nor else you gotta basically reset and update upon start up

The printer works really well, and it is certainly amazing.

Epson has been my choice of printers because of the picture quality. The price of the ink used to be formidable but with my new Epson, ink is affordable and the quality is better than ever.

I love this printer, I’m a homeschool mom of two and having this printer for the kids curriculum is absolutely a lifesaver and pocket saver as well! Great investment overall.

Mine went out the paper stopped feeding after 2 months. I called Best Buy’s who wanted to charge me for geek squad service so I reached out to Epson the item was still under warranty so they replaced it with a refurbished one. I’m thankful they at least replaced it but I feel like I just purchased a refurbished device for new purchase price since it was only 2 months old. I would say I’ve heard great things about the printer ai have not yet see. Anything spectacular but it gets the job done. It feels like something maybe going on with the way you purchase and 2 months later you have to replace it with a refurbished one maybe they are all refurbished even the so called new ones and it’s just a circle, I don’t know but maybe get the insurance to see it that will help keep you from having to get a refurbished one however it seems to be the same thing if it’s not working after 2 months something is wrong somewhere.

We just replaced an old HP deskjet printer with this ET-2850 printer. It was very easy to load the ink reservoirs and setup the Wi-Fi.

I was very disappointed that this printer doesn't have a hidden paper tray. The promotional pictures are misleading, and I didn't discover this until I was finished adding ink and finished with setup. This reminds me of something out of the 1980's with the paper feed on the rear. In addition I was not impressed with the quality of the color printing.

So far so good. The display screen is super small on the actual printer. Excited to save money on ink in the long run.

This printer is a nice upgrade from our old one. Really like that the ink reload will save us ink and money.

I needed this for a few projects I’m working on. I’m sure I might have to work the settings to get my pictures to print more brighter but for now it does the job
