    I love the eco-tank concept - it really saves on ink costs. However, two months after my warranty expired (i.e., only 14 months old), it stopped receiving print jobs from any device (it's on the network, but isn't getting the print jobs). I'll probably go back to HP since I've always had very good luck with them.

    It's nice that this printer includes a simple scanner. Unfortunately, no provision for scanning transparencies like film negatives or slides. The tiny screen, while clear, is sometimes hard to see. The screen icons referring the user to various keys are often difficult to make out. So far, and only a few prints done, a little disappointed that the color isn't as intense as Canon's 4x6 photo printer. Very good b&w printing. Appreciate the larger black ink tank. Also like the duplex printing feature. I may revise this review as I have more time to learn the printer's features.

    The printer works great, but setting it up was a bit of a struggle due to the programming via the internet and was very time consuming (60 min to get it uploaded). Downside of the printer is the holding of the paper. You could only fit 10 pages in the holder, other than that, once everything was complete and set up it worked good. I think the price was overrated for this size of a printer.

    This may be an unfair description. I did not realize that this was for photos. It kinda sucks as a regular printer. All Epsom products, that I have purchased, are regular pains for me. They want you to logon to their site etc. Print quality is excellent, slow, very slow. I have a photo printer which is much better then this if doing multiples. It also doesn't have a feeder, yuck! Their Epsom people, help center didn't even know this!Just a tedious over-priced must use their app printer. I actually dislike this product a lot-especially for the $800 price tag.
