Customers find value in the EcoTank ET-3760's print quality and ease of use, with many praising its compact size and straightforward setup. However, some users reported challenges with the noise level, scanner functionality, and automatic document feeder. The lack of a touchscreen was also a recurring point of feedback. Overall, the printer receives positive feedback for its core printing functions but has some areas needing improvement.

Like that I can finally have a bigger, refillable ink tank that won't waste so much plastic cartridges. Also like that the paper is in the front, below the exit tray. Easy to set up, seems to printer pretty well. I had an Epson Workforce 610 I gave to my son and replaced with this one. My only complaint is its a little loud when its getting ready to print. Initial cost may be a little higher, but the intent is the ink savings will offset it.

Best printer I have ever had. Since it’s tax time I’m printing like mad; all in black and the black ink hasn’t moved, easy to follow instructions, setup was seamless and had it up and running in a half hour. Not being a tech and not having purchased a printer in 16yrs, I was rusty at printer setup. Does two sided printing with ease and scans like a champ. So much more easily filled with ink. And it is not an ink hog, love it!

Overall I'm pretty disappointed with this printer. Foremost it is loud, I genuinely thought something was wrong with it at first as I couldn't believe it could be as loud as it is. I work from home and have to go into another room if I need to talk on the phone and print at the same time. It also prints and scans slower than a 10 year old Epson I replaced even though the statistics provided show it is faster. The scanner regularly jams or doesn't pull all the sheets through. I'd exchange it if I hadn't been busy and waited to long to do so. On the good side it doesn't use a lot of ink and holds a ton of ink so that's nice. The wireless options work well although the interface is a little clunky.

I bought two of these 2 months ago. At first I was put off by the lack of a manual and a CD to load driver. However, eventually I was able to download the driver and the manual digitally. Manual is not written by someone with English as first language - unnecessarily vague in so many ways. Nonetheless, I am very happy with the purchase and I would buy again. The lid that you open in order to use the auto-feeder is flimsy and does not inspire confidence. It should be of heavier material. I wonder if it will fail in the future. Also, the spring holding the top open when accessing the scanner bed is weak and unless you place it carefully open, it will slam shut. Spring should be stronger.
Color print quality is marginal and I would not use this to print office brochures or anything that you want to make an impression with. For office home use it is great. Ink consumption is so far minimal and I expect to get many, many prints from the original ink supply. And replacements in my opinion are cheap. Yes, I recommend this printer with caveats stated above.

The Epson 3760 prints well and is economical for ink needs. Scanning was easier than I expected it to be. I am not a techie and found the set up instructions easy to understand. You will need some patience when setting up the printer because you have to fill each individual ink tank before you can even use printer.

I got tired of buying ink cartridges of my original printer. I wasn't even using the printer and I had to replace the cartridges. So I bought this printer that is VERY easy to use. I have actually used it more than any other printer lately and yet the ink levels have barely moved. I have used all it's functions and it has worked perfectly. I recommend using quality paper with it, you won't be disappointed.

You absolutely can't beat what it cost to refill the printer. This cost of ink and how easy it is to refill it is what made this printer so appealing. I'm not truly a fan of the scanner and that is reason I was unable to give five stars. I can not get the top tray to properly scan multiple pages.

Just started using it. Uses little bottles to refill the ink wells. Too soon to see if it prints as much as the advertising. I was disappointed that it did not include a FAX as an all-in-one printer should. However, it prints well and seems easy to understand the controls. Really nice to be able to see the amount of ink in the little windows on the right front corner.

So far best printer we have ever owned . Easy to operate and quite . Good quality on the print. Highly recommend this printer and price was very reasonable. Was able to hook up through wifi to all 4 cell phones , 4 lap tops ,3 tablets and one desk top . We love our new printer. Works better than our last printer at almost half the price . Terrific value for the money .

We are very pleased with this printer. We have been using it for about 30 days now. Print comes out great. Ink levels are still high and filling the tanks is very easy. The only thing and it is not a deal breaker is, it is noiser than our previous HP printer. But overall we are very happy and would choose this printer again.

Replaced an HP Photosmart printer. We needed to do a much larger volume of printing and ink for the HP printer was expensive and had to replace cartridges frequently. This Epson printer was a very good choice. Large volume Ink tanks and high quality printing. Also scans and copies. Easy to load software for my iMac computer. Easy to set up. No problems so far.

This printer is all I ever wanted it fits great on my desk not too big. Wireless and Wi-Fi direct I can hook up to my phone. It came with replacement ink enough for 2 years. It has enough ink to print 7,500 black and 6,000 color pictures and we've been using a lot. It prints beautiful pictures. No streaking. The all digital menu helps walk you thru every step to print. It was very easy to set up what a great way to print all my special color photos. “This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-3760 All-In-One SuperTank Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

We bought this printer for light office work and a college student. This is a home run. Ease of set up and finally ink tanks you have to actually work to empty! Filling ink is a breeze. This couldn’t be more user friendly. Prints clean and clear and the easy to read and navigate display screen makes this a no nonsense purchase.

This is the best printer that we have ever owned. Set up was fairly easy (although it did take awhile) and our devices were able to find it wirelessly and effortlessly. We have been using it for about a month now without any problems, even when printing two-sided copies. Saying good-bye to print cartridges has been great! We haven’t set up the scanner yet, so we can’t speak to that.
