Customers are saying

Customers find value in the EcoTank ET-3760's print quality and ease of use, with many praising its compact size and straightforward setup. However, some users reported challenges with the noise level, scanner functionality, and automatic document feeder. The lack of a touchscreen was also a recurring point of feedback. Overall, the printer receives positive feedback for its core printing functions but has some areas needing improvement.

After being tired of HP printer problems, my son suggested I get this printer. What a reliable, easy to set up, great clear copies printer. I am seriously looking into dumping the HP printers at work. I am so ready for reasonably priced printers that do what they're suppose to do= print! Thank you Epson.

Very happy with this purchase and it was easy for me to set it up as I am not tech savvy at all. I was amazed that I could do it without needing help from my husband. Very happy with the print quality and easy of use of this machine and scanner.

Fantastic printer, highly reliable. No messing with cartridges, best ink jet printer thus far. Expensive but worth it. This is really the only trouble free printer. Cheap ink jets are too fragile and require tons of attention.

I really like the ink tanks versus cartridges which are expensive and end up in the landfill. This printer starts up more quickly and prints a bit faster than the printer I was replacing. It is also a bit more compact. The print quality is good and I would recommend this printer.

I have owned Epson WF printers in the past and always found them to be solid work horses. They actually do all functions as described which isn't always the case with other brands I have used. I bought this for my daughter during the beginning of the CV19 lock down so she could use for work in her new apartment. Other than it being an Epson, the feature that sold me was the replacement ink option. This is a game changer compared to the purchase of new cartridges. The set up is simple and easy. No issues even for me who isn't a tech genius. We did have an update to install but tested printing from all devices using Epson app as well as emailing to the printer. All successful. Maybe a bit expensive in your initial search but the extra spent on the machine will be saved in replacement ink purchases later.

So far I'm very pleased with the Epson printer. The set up was easy, even with limited instruction (sadly seems to be the way things are now a days). Filling the ink tanks was no problem, no mess. It prints fast for home use. The printing is sharp. I've only had it a few weeks but I would recommend it to the home user.

Bought this model because the cheaper model was out of stock. This printer is great. It prints fairly quick, and makes a little bit of noise, but nothing too bad. The only complaint is that the color is a little off, but I’m sure with extra calibration, I could get it corrected.

I LOVE this printer! Easy to set up, easy to use, AND it still has ink! Note: I’ve had it for almost 11 months. I run a small business and have 2 children that are learning virtually. We print a lot of stuff! I highly recommend.

This has been a great printer!! I was a little apprehensive on buying an Epson as I've always had an HP, but this thing has been great, easy setup, easy to operate and the ink lasts a long time!! Much better than buying ink cartridges

We have purchased several of these printers over the last year or so and have yet to be disappointed. The printing is a little slower compared to some, but really not terribly noticeable. The print quality is excellent with the ink lasting forever. The best part is that when you do have to buy ink, it is incredibly inexpensive compared to the traditional cartridge style printers. The wireless versions of these seem to have occasional issues finding the printer at random times. A typical reboot of either the computer, printer, or both usually solves the issue. I do not know if this is a software issue or more of my wireless environment. Overall we are thoroughly happy with whichever version we purchase.

The Epson ET-3760 is undoubtedly one of the most cost-effective printers I have ever had the pleasure of using. After nearly two years of consistent usage, it has proven its reliability by not presenting a single issue or reason for complaint.

We bought the epson ecotank that was a little cheaper and had to exchange it with the bestbuy replacement plan. Much happier with this one. the displace screen is a little bigger and that made a big difference in the set up process. the print is top notch. setup is very easy.

We've had this printer for just a couple weeks and really enjoy it. We had an HP that ran out of ink within a couple weeks and we only printed about 5 things. It's good quality. The only downfall is connecting it. It took us 3 phone calls to Epson support to get it to connect via USB. The instructions are easy but they don't work. We tried everything to using out hot spot on our phones. The internet didn't work for us which was sad honestly. They need to improve the technology of connecting it wirelessly. Was very frustrating to where we almost returned it.

My experience with this new printer has been great. I am enjoying all of the built-in feature's. No more frustration with ink cartridge's, thanks to the Eco Tank system; it's very easy to use. This one feature alone, solved the biggest problem with my home printer for me. I love this printer!

Easy set up. Doesn't waste ink in loading ink. Reacts quickly to print prompt. Great printer. A very very minor criticism is when you turn it off you have to scroll over to confirm you want to turn printer off. Also, it is not touch screen.

Printer seems good. Downloads for running the printer are bad. What is stated and listed for full set up, doesn't work. Made 3 calls to Epson Help desk, all have at call center had heavy foreign accent and hard to understand. Chinese or Filippian if I had to guess. Really hard to understand. Eventually had to find and pick the4 separate downloads to install and make printer functional. REALLY FRUSTRATING, my old H/P Printer came with C/D, all software loaded flawlessly there, and USER/INSTALL guide was great with explanations. Apparently for a $400 printer they cannot do that anymore. Printer itself, I am happy with. Connected Wireless thru home LAN with 2 computers, 1 desktop, 1 laptop. Love to 2 sided option. Scan has worked, though only used it twice. Love how it is stingy on ink, too

I've had this Epson printer for almost 10 months now. Since we all moved to schooling and working from home because of the pandemic, this printer has gotten a real workout. We've burned thru 5 reams of paper on it and I still have almost 3/4 full ink levels in each one of the ink compartments. It's amazing. When I purchased this printer, I was still using my old HP inkjet in the office and put a new ink cartridge in it (bought it when I purchased Epson printer). All I printed was one 24 page power-point, highly graphic and it ran out of ink after that. I couldn't believe it. Since then, I print all my work items on the Epson printer. It prints 2 sided, scans and emails docs easy enough, and most importantly runs forever on the ink! Well worth the money so far. I would have replaced my ink cartridge in the HP at 10 times by now, at about $50 each time. So I'm ahead of the game just in savings on ink purchases.

We love this printer. We got this one as a replacement to the ET2550 for the two sided printing. Print cartridges are so expensive we decided to go with the eco tank instead. Not at all sorry we did. It's a little loud but we can deal with that.

Great printer and I love the ink usage. I print a lot of photos and can already tell that I'm going to save a tone of money on ink. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a touch screen, and I thought it would.
