Customers find value in the EcoTank ET-3760's print quality and ease of use, with many praising its compact size and straightforward setup. However, some users reported challenges with the noise level, scanner functionality, and automatic document feeder. The lack of a touchscreen was also a recurring point of feedback. Overall, the printer receives positive feedback for its core printing functions but has some areas needing improvement.

Been using this printer for about one month now and have no problem with it at all. Hasn't used hardly any ink yet and have printed about half a ream of paper. Scanner works great. Unit was easy to set up and have three computers printing to it. Also print from cell phone.

This printer is straightforward to set up. It's print quality is good. You can print using wireless, so several can share the printer. The printer cuts per page cost of printing by about 50% as compared to printers using ink cassettes. Overall we're very pleased with this printer.

This is the best printer I have ever had. It is easy to use the scanner. The ink level is great I can see how much money I’m saving and I don’t have to keep running out to buy expensive ink. The copy’s come out fabulous and super fast

For the price of the printer, the quality of the print, the ease of use and the costs of the ink it has been a very good investment indeed! And, having been a previous HP user, I am *so glad* I moved on from the HP ink glutton!

The setup and filling was a breeze. I was leery about the "tank" style printers making a mess while filling, but this is idiot-proof. Not a drop wasted.
Printing color is extremely inexpensive now. I think I calculated it to less than 1¢ per page (not photos).
I wish it had a touchscreen like my last Epson did. Using the arrows makes it clunky to navigate. For the price, I feel like it should have been included.
I'm still having difficulties with the colors. I understand that the printed colors will never match the ones on my monitor, but I feel that it's printing is somewhat washed out. The colors seem muted. I've changed some settings, and it's gotten better (turn off double-sided printing!), but it still sticks in my craw.
Overall, for the cost of the refills, this is going to pay for itself before long.

I have only had this printer for less than a month and so far very good - easy to setup, versatile, saves loads of ink, nice prints. I have owned Epson printers before and they have always prove to me as a great buy. Again I have had this printer for less than 1 month so far.

Easy to set up and use. The tank option is better than cartridges and the ink bottles are keyed so they only go into the proper fill tank. Fast high quality printing. Owned HP printers until now - Glad I made this choice.

The printer was extremely easy to unpack and setup, and I'm enjoying the quality of the prints coming from this wireless printer. I am not ready to give it 5 stars yet, as I don't know how well the ink system is going to serve me.

Easy to set up. Flawless connection to wireless so accessible to any computer on the network. High quality print. Easy to add ink to the wells. Have it for over a month now and so far not a single complaint.

Easy to use. It's a nice upgrade from the WF- 2860 series. I like the buttons instead of using the screen which was cumbersome. And it holds a lot more ink so I won't have to change as often and the ink costs less!

The EcoTank is easy to set up and the print quality is outstanding. I almost went with another brand but now I'm so glad I purchased the Eco Tank ET-3760. My only very minor complaint is it doesn't come in black.

I bought this printer to print labels for the home made bath products my partner and I make. We looked long and hard and compared many printers. This one ended up winning because of tray capacity and of course overall ink cost for color printing. The ink has been fantastic. Hundreds of labels printed, and hardly a visible change to ink levels. It is slow. Quite slow. But speed is not really vital for us, and I know we could lower the quality settings to speed it up, but the look is more important to us. So far we love it. Several hundred pages of labels in, so it's been given a fair run to make impressions.

The Epson printer is outstanding. Very easy to set up and I've been using it for a over a month and hardly have used any ink. Should have bought this a long time ago. Software very easy to install and all updates and firmwares were simple too.

Wow
Easy to set up
Scanning, copy, printing either wired or wirelessly.
I haven’t had it long enough to see how efficiently it prints with the toner, but I am hopeful

The printer produces clear copies. It is a little louder than I would like and the printer itself is very cheaply made. However, print quality is great and that's the bottom line.

Really great value. Easy set up. Very efficient ink usage. Even prints photos very nicely on photo paper. Doesn’t hold a lot of paper, but that’s a very small drawback. Overall, easily 5 stars.

When I opened the box and saw the printer, I was disappointed by its cheap plastic housing. The printer setup is somewhat cumbersome as is the archaeic manual display. However, once I got set up found that the print and color quality on photos and documents is excellent. One of the other major features I was looking for in a printer/copier was economic ink usage and replacement. The ink was easy to install and so far doesn't seemed to be gobbled up like it was with my HP printer. I can live with the features I'm not especially impressed with if I can continue to get great printing quality at a reasonable cost.

Tank fill is easy and convenient. Print quality is excellent. The copy feature works fine. Alas, the scan is a nightmare of getting the right driver to operate with Windows 10. What is available on the Epson website does not work. What is available on the Microsoft website does not work with older versions of Win10 Home edition. This has something to do with the later versions of Win10 that have a security feature to disable any drivers that are not from the Microsoft portal. The scanner can be forced to operate by configuring it manually at each attempt, but automatic scanning is so far unattainable.

This seems to be a solid printer/scanner. I bought it because it doesn't need ink cartridges, instead you buy ink in bottles that are easy to refill the ink tanks. The device has a smallish screen to control the various functions. I am so conditioned to touch screens that I have to remind myself that this is not a touch screen and it is navigated using the keypad. I like how the screen and keypad can be rotated upwards which makes it easy to see the screen while standing.

This is a great printer. Easy to set up and prints quietly and quickly. I love the tanks can last for sooo long. No more having to refill or replace tanks so often.
