The main reason I bought this printer was for economy in ink refills. The value of that is still to be determined. In the meantime, the printer works fine. The display/interface is clunky and clumsy and it took a couple of trips to the internet to figure out how to make a scan and change the print settings. But once I learned, it's fine.

The printer is loud but works well. I used it to make cards and invitations and it printed vividly especially when using “best” quality option. Great buy, especially on sale!

Super easy to use and images are perfect! I am totally hapoy.

Great so far. Replacing an older Canon ink cartridge printer. Wish it had a document feeder and capability to save scans on usb drive. At this price, those should have been included. Will update how long the ink lasts as this is my first time purchasing this type of printer. Hopefully wont need to keep my second job for replaciement cartridge purchases

This is the first wireless printer I've had and it's convenient to be able to easily print from my phone, laptop, or tablet. I have some minor inconveniences that are nuisances but livable. First issue is, sometimes it says the printer isn't available. The fix is to turn the printer on and off. There's only one time I had to restart my device and not the printer. I haven't had issues with my computer not recognizing the printer when it's wired, so this is new to me. Another minor inconvenience is, you cannot print to the printer when it's asleep. You have to wake it up by tapping on the button. With the printers I've had in the past, it didn't matter if I didn't use it for a week, I could just print and it wakes up the printer. Third minor inconvenience is when you turn off the printer, it asked you if you want to turn it off, no or yes, and you have to push the button to the right to choose yes. I'm used to leaving my printer as is but since this one needs to be rebooted at times, I turn it off more often. It would've been more convenient to have it over the yes button, or just turn it off like other printers. The set-up is easy, the instructions are clear and I followed them to the T. The only issue I had, was the printer quality was very light. What I did was change the settings in the Epson app on the computer. It's a little tricky and had to use Google (YouTube) to help me. The paper type needs to match, if you're using regular paper, vinyl sticker paper, cardstock paper, it needs to be specified to ensure better printer quality. Keep in mind, if the paper size doesn't match on both the printer settings and in the printer, it won't print, it will ask you on the printer if you want to proceed because the dimensions doesn't match the paper. Once you hit yes, it'll print. Overall, this is a great printer and despite the amount of printing I've done, I still have plenty of ink. With my old Canon printer, I would've ran out if ink by now. I print mostly pictures for my journal.

It's a good at-home / home office printer. The ink duration is unmatched, and the print quality is excellent. I've even used it to print iron-on transfers for t-shirts and it they looked great. The only downside is that it doesn't have a screen for troubleshooting, but it's not difficult to figure out.

Honestly this is the best printer I have had so far. As a small business I print more than a regular person. I hated that after 40-60 pages my past printers would start lowering the quality of the print. I had printed with this baby over 2000 pages and it is still half way through the ink and printing crisp and smooth.

Printer was very easy to set up. Printing quality was also very good. Price was reasonable. Store clerk was very helpful. Printer works well from phone or computer via Wi-Fi. Pictures had excellent sharpness and color. Also had good experience printing on heavier card stock and business cards,

This printer has been absolutely perfect for my needs. I needed a printer that could manage a fairly high print volume from home without eating through ink. This one 100% fits the bill.

This printer is working out just great for our church. Sunday teachers use it to print out the kids sheets for their activities.

I replaced an ancient Epson XP400 all-in-one after it died and decided on this printer. I absolutely love Epson and believe they have superior printers with extremely affordable ink. This EcoTank model is the bomb... setup was a breeze and it is working great. My wife and I are both in master's programs so needless to say we do a lot of printing. This printer has not missed a beat... love it!

This printer was very easy to install. The app literally walk you through and does it for you. We had no problem getting this printer to air print with all of our devices. Good quality printing. I would recommend this printer for both quality and ease of install.

The EcoTank ET-3830 is very efficient, and the ink savings are real—it lasts a long time and is easy to refill. Text prints out crisp and clear, and it connects to WiFi easily. The only downside is that colors aren’t very vibrant, no matter the settings. Still, it’s perfect for everyday use and documents.

Great printer, you can print lots of color sheets and it will not cost you a fortune. They use so little ink. Its not the best quality print but is acceptable, I will say medium quality. Perfect for university, office and more. It also comes with the inks. So easy to install and program.

Best printer ever. Why did I wait so long to get off printers with cartridges. The speed, quality and easy operation not to mention not changing expensive ink cartridges every month. This is the way to go for home or small business use. Saves time and money! Love it. This is my 5th one I have purchased.

I have been using this printer for a month and it is perfect! The setup is easy if you follow the instructions from a YouTube video!
