I love the Epson EcoTank ET-3830! The ink is really easy to load into the printer. Very simple step by step instructions on how to set up wireless connection to my laptop. The scanner and copier work so great as well!

I've been looking at this printer for awhile but had a good Epson printer. That one recently died so I got this one. So happy with this printer!!!! I print a lot and it works flawlessly. I've had it about 6 months now and there is barely a dent in the ink tanks. Great buy!

Very happy with it so far. Does everything i need it to do in a vacation home. Bought the 4850 model for my main dwelling and it has an automatic feeder for scanning and a touch screen which I have come to like.

After more than 25 years of using printer ink cartridges, only to discard them when they dry up or become empty, the Epson eco-tank became more attractive. Three different inkjet printers failed me at about the same time. Each of them were inexpensive to buy, but ink cartridges were expensive. Realizing that purchasing another set of ink cartridges to try and fix one of the printers would cost over $100, I elected to try this printer. Caution: the two lower models of this printer, do not have paper trays. They only have rear loading paper. For that reason I opted for this model. It was exceedingly simple to set up, and after filling it with ink and running test images, the residual ink in the bottles was easily added. No waiting for a cartridge to empty before inserting another.

This is a very nice copier. Easy to set up, follow direction, for setting up. I like that it has bottles to fill the ink wells. working great so far.

I haven't used this printer much yet, but so far it is working well. I would have had trouble setting it up and getting it connected to the internet by myself. Fortunately my son was able to help me with it,

I'm very happy with the new Epson-EcoTank ET-3830 All-in-one Supertank Inkjet printer. I especially like the ink tank and not having to use cartridges. The print Quality is excellent.

Great option for a home office inkjet printer. I like that you can refill the ink easily and without cartridges. Wifi printing is working great as well.

So far so good. Print quality seems good, and I loved the easy setup (my smart phone did most of it by itself!) and integration to the home network. Able to print from any device in our house with no hassle.

Pretty easy to start. Like the smaller size to my last one. Anticipating less ongoing maintenance cost to my last printer (high priced cartridge/s) Was easy to prepare for start up, and printing seems so far, very good quality. Would purchase again at this point.
