very easy to use - especially the ink refills. prints nice,

Because I print rarely, I was tired of inkjet cartridges drying up. I tried a color laser printer but the replacement cartridges cost a fortune and the printing never looked as good as the original cartridges. I decided to replace that with the Epson EcoTank, and I am thrilled so far. I also make sure I print out a test page once a week. ;-)

Replaced an old Epson printer. ET-3830 is definitely a great upgrade. Like the bottles of ink instead of the cartridges. Easy to fill and view window displays level of ink. Black ink provided was a larger bottle. Printed lots of forms and barely used any ink. Paper tray holds more paper and prints faster. Did have some problem with the setup for a Mac but called the Epson number and got it resolved. More expensive but lots of good features. Delivery was sooner than expected.

This printer is great. I needed to get my old one replace and this epson printer does the job. It easy to set up and use.

Efficient wireless printing. So convenient and easy to use. The eco tank is genius! No fussing or messing with ink. It literally fills itself and for an extended time you don’t have to worry about it. It alerts you when you need ink or paper. Installation was not as easy or as quick as I expected using the app. I followed the prompts on my computer and it found the printer immediately and connected. I love it !

So far it works well. I am having difficulty connecting to it from my laptop which was previously connected to an older model. It may or may not be a printer issue. We were very happy with our older model and had to replace it because a pin fell into the paper feed and became stuck.

Love my new Eco Tank printer. I used to have to replace cartridges frequently because I don't print that often. So far, I haven't had any problems printing even if it has been a couple of weeks. I'm a crafter and have found that it prints well on 65 lb. card stock paper.

Best printer I have had in a long time. Prints very fast and clear. Does not use much ink and is very easy to set up.

I needed a replace printer for home use. The representative helped me based on my personal needs. The printer that I purchased is working wonderful and I am extremely pleased.

Very nice printer. Nice, small footprint. Fairly quiet. The refillable ink is the way to go. I'll never purchase another printer with cartridges. I hope this printer lasts. I opted for this one without the auto-feeder. Less parts to go wrong and I heard that model had some issues with the feeder. I heard that the wireless can be a little tricky to set up, though, so I'm just using it wired and have had no problems, so far.

Just glad it works. Finally a printer that works!

SURPRISINGLY small but just right for an apartment. Works great, simple to use.

Works great but needs to be used often or the pages will print out with lines going through your images. Also, maintance cleaning is crucial every few months.
