    We were under the impression that you could fax with this one and you can't. Also it is slow. But for the price, it gets it done. We love the ink wells verses the buying ink cartages

    My printer works well, the sales persons were not well informed some not customer friendly. Unable to call the store to find out if my order came in. Made a 30 plus mile trip and it wasn’t in. I dislike this company policy of no direct phone calls. Will not do business with them in the future due to this company policy.
