Setup was a breeze. Satisfied thus far with the overall performance. Gave 4 stars because sometimes with the printable sticker paper used, two gets pulled at the same time and print doesnt come out as it should. Besides that im happy eith my purchase.

Excellent Product. I'm a teacher and I use it every day. My previous printer I had to replace the ink every other week. I have barely scratched the surface of my ink wells on this printer.

Have owned several printers over the years but this one is the best. I love the ability to refill the ink rather than changing cartridges...saves a ton of money too!!

This is a great printer, I wish it was a touch screen, but that is my fault that I just assumed it was. The colors are amazing and prints great.

It’s nice to finally have an inkjet printer that doesn’t smudge! The silent mode is excellent, I have a two kids and their doors are close to the area the printer sits and they don’t even hear it! The ecoTank is great too. Glad to be done with expensive cartridges!

This is the last printer that you will ever need to buy and the inc is affordable to refill. Refilling is a snap and only takes a few minutes to achieve. The print quality is outstanding I can not say enough good things about this printer except it is the best we have ever bought to date.

This is an upgrade from my previous printer. I wanted to try the EcoTank printer. I’ve had a lot of success with the Epson printer line. I’m glad I decided to try it. I’ve had no problems with the printer. The print quality is great!! The price is about average. Always follow the instructions. Don’t try to half step. My only complaint is that it’s kind of noisy.

This printer delivers quality prints all the time. This is the second one i have purchased, the first one lasted 6 years!

I LOVE this Eco Tank Printer from Epson. I have had it for almost 2 years and have barely used any ink! I just use it for regular household use and crafts (printing patterns, etc).

Great print quality, the eco tanks are super nice. The one annoyance is that the disc that comes with it SAYS it is installing all drivers, but the scanner driver does not load. I had to go digging through the Brother website to find it and manually install it. Other than that, great printer. But, Brother has a bit of a reputation for the drivers and software being a bit wonky.

Great quality, and impressive quality. I printed a picture from my iPhone using photo quality paper and it looked great. Very happy with this purchase.

Have had it for 15 months and I still haven't needed any additional ink for it. It works fine and the print quality is good.

Love this printer! It prints so fast and still produces excellent photos and documents. I will never go back to Canon. This printer is the way to go!

I really Really REally hope this product lasts. I love the fact that the ink is reasonable. We use a lot of ink between my wife and I and 2 kids. The quality of print is good. My concern when I bought this at bestbuy was that if we didn't use if for a month would we have issues with jets drying up or something. Anyway so far so good. I hope it lasts.

i am no techy and i found this printer to be very easy to set up and use. I am hoping to save a lot of money on ink as my old printer was costing me $100 every 5-6 weeks. would recommend for a daily use printer ;)

Love this printer. Easy to set up. Excellent ink supply that will last a long time. This is the second printer I purchased with the gift going to my daughter.

Excellent printer. High quality print, and it looks like we will not need to add any ink for a while. We originally wanted a laser printer and we may still consider it in the future, but this gives bang for the buck.

We have had this printer for about 6 months in a small home / office setting. The printer has been very reliable, and easy to connect to from all 5 of our laptops (2 MacBooks with the M1 chips, 1-year-old each, and 3 PCs 3 to 5 or 6 years old). Our iPhones also connect and print wirelessly every time. (See note below re: connection issues on older printer) The ink tanks have windows to view the quantity remaining and they are very easy to refill without any mess. The bottles of ink that came with the printer filled the tanks full and had a little ink left in each bottle. I just added the remaining ink which topped off each tank - just luck that the ink reservoirs had enough room - they were down about 1/4". Based on the amount of printing we have done in the last 6 months, I estimate we would be replacing ink cartridges on our Cannon at about this time. We will probably get a year, or close to it out of a set of ink bottles. The print quality seems equal to the Cannon. The Epson is a little noisier than the Cannon but it is not annoyingly so. Our desks are on opposite walls and the printer sits in-between us, about 3 feet from our backs as we sit at our desks and the noise does not bother us. We simply noticed that it was louder. However, the fact that our connection issues are history vastly outweighs any little increase in noise. I have been using the scanner function over the last 2 weeks to digitize around 100+ old personal history documents. (I have been doing this on my MacBook) It has worked well overall with the included apps providing all the flexibility needed between photos and documents. It has an auto mode which works well 99% of the time. It is not fast (I did not expect it to be), but it is pretty easy. Once completed with this project, I don't expect to scan very often. We had a Canon Pixma printer (about 3 years old and all of our laptops would regularly lose the connection (Printer not found) and we constantly had to delete and reinstall the printer on both PCs and Macbooks. Really frustrating if you were in a hurry...
