The printer works great for what I needed it. Best Buy staff was very helpful. I did not find the printer I needed but they were kind enough in recommending and ordering one that worked for me.

Had an earlier version of this printer and loved it! Until it died after two years of use… I version is great so far, however the display is always on panel (Lit up, not going into sleep mode)? Trying to see if I can figure that out. Also, Wish it came in black!

The best quality and most cost-effective printer you can buy! The ink lasts for 6,000 copies. I will not need to purchase ink for at least another year. This is eco-friendly and a great investment.

This is an excellent printer for at home use. It is very easy to set up, and the refillable ink tanks are a definite plus. This is a great product.

I I haven't had a problem with the printer but big issue with Best Buy. The in-store rep ask if I wanted to get the printer sooner and was willing to pay for expedited shipping I did. It was scheduled to come within 24 hours instead I got it five days later. I attempted to cancel the order. The system would not allow it. A store rep attempted to cancel the order. The system would not allow it. To pay for a service and not receive it is customer service at its worst. I will have to consider if I want to continue shopping at Best Buy. That is unfortunate because I have been a customer for approximately 25 years.

Wow! I love this printer! It works great! I love the tanks of ink instead of the cartridges! They last way longer

The product works great after having it for a little over a week. However, getting the final connection between my computer and the printer itself was very tortious because the screen to connect them always seems to evade me. After many, many tries with Geek Squad, with messages of "Agent Ending Session," I gave up. After at least 45 minutes, I went back to clear the screen, with it stilling promising "one moment," and cleared it all off. To my thankful surprise, a Geek Squad member had placed the elusive screen on my screen and I was able to complete the connection. Since then, the printer has been working very well. Because of all the trouble I had, almost seven hours of trying to get it connected, in connecting computer to printer is the only reason for the four-star rating. Thanks again to the Geek Squad member who placed that ever elusive screen on my computer screen.

Good text printing but marginal scan quality. And surprising in a printer this expensive that the outflow table is moved by hand and does not automatically extend when you print.

Superior print quality. Replenishing the ink is simple and definitely cheaper. We love our new printer!

Dual paper feed is nice, speed and noise level are also nice. Setup screen is small and hard to use.

Great printer for the price. It is replacing an older Epson printer that I also liked a lot.
