    I like this printer a lot but I still have yet to find the passcode that is supposed to be on a sticker inside or underneath which is frustrating and there chatbot was no help. Then I keep getting a message that it can’t recognize some box or part not sure don’t remember what it was called. I just shut it off and restart and it goes again. Thought about returning it but I have just been to busy

    The printer setup process was very long. I started setup using the Epson Smart Panel app. About half way through the app appeared to be initializing the ink, but after 20 minutes I realize the app was frozen. I finished setup using the buttons/screen on the printer. The good news is that both our iMac and Macbook with M1 chips and latest OS recognized the printer and scanner immediately with no software installation needed at all on the MACs.

    Fast printing speeds, long lasting ink without the need for ink cartridges. Only thing I didn't like is that to wireless print you must manually turn on printer

    So far so good! Upgrade from a printer whose ink cost $50 per tiny cartridge. It's slower, and the ink is a little 'wetter', but overall the quality and technology is great for the cost.

    What we like - It prints fast. We can save on cartridges by loading our own ink. What we don't like - Front is open so a covering is needed to prevent dust from getting in. Set up to print cards came our backwards. Printing from a scan - haven't figured out yet.
