    I purchased this printer with high hopes, but unfortunately it’s been a major disappointment. From the start, it printed extremely slowly, color quality is not vibrant, and left streaks across some page—even after multiple cleanings and following all recommended troubleshooting steps. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer support. I reached out for help and was told to reach out to Geek Squad, but that incurs extra cost. I will now reach out to Epson. The closest store is over an hour away, and while I’m willing to make the drive to return it, however the return window was only about 2 weeks long. I expected better service and support for a product that isn’t functioning properly. I wouldn’t recommend this printer, and I hope the company improves both its product quality and customer care.

    I love my new Epson printer. Super easy to install and the sales man James Newton Jr, was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained about every printer on the floor and was looking for my needs and trying to meet them and he did ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Instructions for install are not clear enough. Install instructions for wireless install make it sound like it will install on BOTH your computer and your phone regardless of what you want to do!

    I love my Epson EcoTank ET-3830 purchase. I wish I had bought one sooner. I switched from years of using an HP. I love that the ink is liquid and feels like it doesn't dry up like with HP. I felt like I was wasting money too with the HP ink subscription. The colors are vibrant. I did have problems trying to figure out how to print double sided but I have figured it out.

    I am still a little sceptical about having that much ink sitting around not drying up on my but time will tell. As for how it works right now it's great, prints photos very well, I used to have Epson but my last printer was an HP and well it never was a great printer, so I decided to go back to Epson and glad I did.

    Very easy to setup and connect to multiple devices. I like the quality of the output and intuitiveness of the product in general. Can't express how happy I am to not have to deal with (& buy) ink cartridges anymore!
