The printer is good but the price is too much. The ink price is where you save. I will never buy an HP product with monthly fees. I still have not fixed the print and fax features on all devices. The drivers and customer service from Epson is really bad. Best Buy didn't treat me well. They gave me the wrong information. The first printer I bought had no fax. When I tried to exchange it, they tried to charge me $50 to join some club.

So far, so good. Generally words good but "scares" me once in a while when it grabs paper to pull through. Almost like it won't grab the paper, but so far it has.

I actually retired the product because it was not large format but I believe in Epson printers. I never opened the printer. I needed a larger one.

great savings on cartridge so for this year only used 1/4 of the ink, with my old printer i would have had to replace the cartridges at least one time, great saving and the printer is very reliable as well.

I’m a medic student and I needed a printer that could keep up with all my projects and reports. This has far surpassed my expectations and hasn’t given me any issues so far!

I like it. I just preferred the Vertical rear paper feed on the previous model as opposed to the tray below feed on this one. Your folks were very helpful and courteous.

Purchasing this printer allows me to print more and still have ink.

The printer appears to be a good choice. It is meeting my needs. The only problem I have is that the space for it in my desk cubby hole is low and I cannot read the screen. If the screen were on top would make it better for me.

great printer. Bluetooth. you can even print from your phone.. only with the auto detect system was a little better from the paper. but other then that it great.

Love this Printer, better that my old HP. This is the wave of the future, felt I was being robbed from HP for paying over $100 for my old print cartridges. Not any more.......

Great affordable, functional scanner, and printer. What I like best that it is a space saver.

Lets face it.. with this type of printer you are just paying for the ink cartridges in advance. I paid about $100 for the same printer last year without the eco tank. But nevertheless this is much better for the environment and much easier to manage ink supply. Worth the investment..

Support really helped me to set up this camera. The light needed to be increased to see.
