    So far it’s been great! The color is vibrant and I have not had any issues with printing anything. I am glad for the tray underneath to load paper, life saver!

    Excellent WiFi printer. As long as you remember to print at least 1 time a week, the print heads will not clog. If you let it go too long, the heads clog and the printer is useless.

    I bought this printer on impulse without thinking about what I liked about my old printer so if I had given more thought to the things I wanted in the sprinter I would be happier. But what bothers me the most is that there is no printed manual or users manual in the box. You install the ink cartridges if you only use their four page instruction sheet. Then you find you cannot follow additional instructions without having the printed manual. It’s a chicken or the egg situation. It’s a 276 page manual. I called the company and they said they would send me a printed copy of the manual, which they did not do. No one wants to print a 276 page manual on a printer that they just bought.

    Pros:The printing is fine, it is easy on the ink for sure. Cons: The front screen where you do actions and settings should be digital. It's hard to see, no back lights, not user friendly. If I leave the printer turned on then I have to go to it and turn it off and on after I submit a print job to get it to print. If I leave it off I have to go to it and turn it on to get it to print. Whether it is on or off it should be triggered to turn on to print when I submit a print job. Annoying.
