At first, it was frustrating because it was so different from the HP, which kept breaking down. I dont do loads of copies, but the quality is good, and i love the easy refills.

So far, I love this printer! It has great print quality, sharp, crisp lines, and letters. It does everything I need, especially double-sided printing! Great price from Best Buy!

Easy setup. However if you don’t set it to print in the draft quality it prints extremely slow!

Like new for a refurbished item. Works seamlessly and connects automatically to all my devices. Set-up was not as smooth as I started on my phone and had to continue on th device. But got it to work.

This is an easy to use, cost effective way to print. Eliminating the overpriced cartridges, the tanks are much more efficient, and will not dry up over time if I use the printer sporadically. The setup was easy and the printing is just fine.

This printer prints faster than the HP I had. The only negative comment is sometimes it doesn't print. I don't know if it is my computer or the printer.

The product itself was easy enough to set up but the WI FI set up leaves a lot to be desired. Printing has been clean and accurate but a tad slow.

I had an earlier model of the Epson EcoTank printer and couldn't have been happier. Ink costs are minimal wiith EcoTanks; refilling the cartridges is a breeze; and you can access your ink levels online for a precise level--no danger of letting ink levels run low if you use this feature. This model is faster than my old model, prints back and front in nothing flat, and feeds multiple copies with ease. I purchased a certified refurbished printe & haven't had a moment's trouble.

Great deal on a solid and well reviewed printer. I got this for my stepdaughter who at 15 seems to print a ton of school out plus photos of her and friends. The Eco tank really helps. Photos on glossy paper look pretty solid for not being a dedicated photo printer and schoolwork duplexes, and does everything you need to do. I grabbed the extended warranty just to make it easy. It was less than 10% of the total cost I think.

Took a chance on ordering a Refurbished Epson EcoTank ET-3850 from Best Buy at a substantial discount....and I'm glad I did! The printer came direct from Epson, and was in like-new condition. All parts were there, including the manual and new bottles of ink. This refurbished model looked like it had never been used. Set-up was a breeze and so far-so good. I've not had it very long, but we've not any issues with it thus far. I'm very happy with my upgrade. Working from home, I needed something more reliable, faster and better on ink & this printer has checked all the boxes!

One of the best purchases I have ever made. Never will I ever buy cartridge printers again. These printers have all the benefits of inkjet printers, and cost much less per page than laser printers. This is a game changer and I’m never going back. Thanks to Best Buy, I got this refurbed at an amazing price and it’s indistinguishable from new. It’s a no brainier for office use, but also amazing for printing photos. You have to make sure to use the correct paper and select the correct settings for photo printing. Otherwise you’ll end up with less than ideal results. I highly recommend it.

We have had HP printers at home for very long and got so tired of playing the ink cartridge game. So far, I much prefer this Epson tank printer! It is faster, far less waste with ink cartridges and prints nicely. Happy to stop worrying about reordering ink every few months.

Efficient, economical, and easy to use — the EcoTank ET-3850 is a solid all-in-one for home or office.

Many years of frustrations with various other models eating ink, finally got to go Office Space on the HP and replaced it with this. The difference in ink cost cannot be overstated. Each time I replaced cartridges before, the ink cost more than the printer was worth. Ink is about the same price as before but lasts 100x longer. Print quality fine for what I need, which is a mix of light business and personal use. You will literally save >90% on ink versus an HP. Setup process was excellent and easy, and we haven't once had trouble connecting to it in the 3 months we've had it... that was a weekly occurrence with previous printer, hence the baseball bat treatment the other one got. Love this thing.

So far, the printer works great! Glad to break free of the HP Subscription. Still on my 1st round of ink. Interested as to how long it will last. Only thing that can be improved is the amount of apps needed to be downloaded.
